That would be because Somers was sneaking in surgery to keep her girlish figure (rumored, of course)... |

I don't think you fellas have much to worry about. I tip the scales at 6'4'', 310lbs and in my own jolly sort of way take the honor of being the biggest Buell rider in my area (as far as I know). I say to heck with all of the worrying about weight. If I took the time required to get back to my target weight of 250, I would never have time to ride my bike. And after all, isn't that what we all want to be doing? Drink whatever, just make sure you aren't getting on the bike afterwards. |

I'm at 6'4" and a good 325, and have no desire to be any smaller. I love it when ppl want reasons and all I have to say is " 'cause I'm bigger than you..." |

Hey, "'cause I'm bigger than you...." is my motto to, lol. I can ride with most anyone I care to ride with when it comes to performance and handling. I am athletic, so until I can't swing my leg over my Iron Horse, I'm ok. Plus, the ladies are still coming through my door. |

I work out on a daily basis, eat heathy foods and avoid sugar loaded stuff. I'm 5'11" and weigh 180lbs. For the guys trying to lose the weight keep up the good work. The world needs more people conscience of there physical fitness level. Just think of the positive side to all this. The joy that you get from riding will be in proportion to your healthiness. |

Kevl, There's no restrictions in this weight race. Just a place to keep notes, compare scales, and a friendly supportive uncompetitive competition. loser buys |

Kevl, Only rule is you can't snicker. If you snicker we get the right to give you a hard time. Arvel geez, 128 that's like the 5th or 4th Grade. Damn, I am fat |

Arvel, Click his profile, when I was his age I was a buff 185 and throwing 3,500 140Lb bags of flour around every day. Put it this way, back then I was riding a knucklehead, the back tire broke thru a plank that busted on a short bridge over a creek at a local fishing hole. I just picked it up out of the hole and kept on riding. For some reason it impressed my friends who were watching and were on the way to help me lift it out. I miss those days sometimes. Well parts of them anyway. It's amazing what 20+ years of ice cream and a desk job will do to someone. |

Mikej, I weighed in at 175 and hauled hay and cut wood to pay for college. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Arvel |

THE BIGGER THEY ARE --- THE HARDER THEY FALL. Mike, ice cream is my biggest "weakness". I would be much better off if this dessert had never been invented...Also beer is hard to resist, too. |
