Can anyone tell me how much the bodywork retails for on the X? I am thinking about selling my extra pieces. |

Just want to introduce myself as I just picked up a new 12Scg last week from Stone Mt. HD. Saw a bunch of Buell's yesterday up at Neels Gap. The Buell was great fun and my D&D sounds incredible. My name is Jim, I'll be 40 in May and I live in Suwanee. I've been riding off and on my whole live but really got back into it in 1998 and started doing track days in 2000. I moved hear last year from Virginia. I have done Summit Point and VIR. Went to Road Atlanta once last summer and hope to try Barber and Jennings this year. I look forward to meeting and riding with you all sometime. |

That is a nice helmet. Took the wheels off of the Buell getting ready to mount my new tires next week. |

Jim I am glad you decided to visit. The Buell looks great. The three of us were going south on 60 yesterday when we meet. My name is William of course you already know that from GSB. |

MR, hey If you are interested in letting loose of a flyscreen please let me know. Seeing the weather report Sat. for Sun. I decided to put a little TLC maintenance into the Lightning and dropped the bike while putting it on the rear wheel stand. D'oh. I guess now is a good time to add the Muller power clutch and new cable, shorten the Crossroads and look into new pegs and sliders. There goes the tax return. NUTS |

Nutsosane To bad about the bike. I do not use the stands very often I slide my motorcycle jack under my muffler and tie the bike to the jack. Jack it up and I can do anything I want with no problem. I am going to sell both of the pieces. Just a fair price is all I am asking. They are brand and never used. |

B_A.....That's about as cheep as they are gonna get. Ticketmaster seems to have a monopoly on the venues here in the ATL. |

Any of you Buellers interested in a used set of zero degree Crossroads bars? I have had them on the bike for about 3000 miles. I'll offer to the 3% crew before the "public". I took them off while trying to reroute the clutch and cannot bear to reinstall them without powdercoating them. I also have an itch to try the azonics you speak so highly of. DISCLAIMER...Yes I did drop the bike on its right side yesterday afternoon while putting it on the rear stand. As much as possible I controlled the fall and the handguard took the impact. The plastic bar-end popped out of the bar If anyone wants to purchase these I will ship and allow the purchaser to verify the quality of the bars before sending payment. NUTS

Shread, That was me on 60 trying to keep up with that group and keep it under 3k rpm and 55 mph. What's the plan for Jennings? I could go Sat. with my R1 but I'm not sure I can take time off work on Fri. or Mon. Do you drive down on Fri. nite? Do you camp at the track or stay at a hotel? Do you need to pre-register or just show up? Black_sunshine, where is the bike night? Is it downtown some where? (Message edited by wags on January 29, 2006) |

Hey mountainrider, have you had any problems with your Jardine leaking? Anyone else have one? I have a leak at the collector that I can't seem to get rid of. I am going to try one more thing and if that doesn't work I guess I will go with the Micron system. |

No problems with leaks. After hearing how the Jardine sounds compared to the rest I would not trade it. I do not know which ones are made the best but the Buell with the Jardine sounds like a big block V-8. The videos says it all. |

Any of you 3%ers coming down for the Daytona 200 to watch the new Buell XBRR?? I am across the coast from Daytona, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours away. Kinda far away, but I do have some bed/couch/ floor space if needed. Also I believe VegasBueller from on here is having a rather large gathering and he MAY have space. |

Anyone going to the STT Track day at Barber's on Feb 18/19?? My most wonderful and gracious wife thought I would like to do a track day for my Birthday this year. So, if all goes as planned, I will be at Barber for the track day, probably sunday the 19th in the novice class since I have never done a track day before. |

OK...I suck at video editing. For now at least. I've found that the video editor in WinXP is pretty bad. I have Adobe Premiere at home, but haven't a clue how to use it. I see many many hours getting lost playing on the computer in the near future. I'm up loading the video Black_sunshine and I did on Wolf Pen Gap. Don't look for any knee dragging action though, we were doing good just staying on the road with all the sand & gravel all over. The file is 20 megs, so be aware. I'll post the link as soon as it's up loaded. |
