Keith, Cost will be $155. It is about 6 1/2 hours from Roanoke. Take Anthony up on his offer. His place is nice and real close to the track. FYI-for anyone interested, we are pushing the event back one week to April 16th. Pete | ||

Cool. I will be running CCS Mid Atlantic also, but will probably do Summit Point and VIR races only. The others are too far from Jersey for a working guy like myself. | ||

Hmmmm.. Sounds like I'm gonna need more memory for my camera...  I should (barring any problems) be able to make it to the 'Buell Day'. Now, I have to start planning to take that time off (don't wanna have to make the run home after a day in the sun, on the track etc.).. and get a room.. and I guess I'll need a gas can and a cooler and.. damn.. so much to do.. hehehehehe.. | ||

ill see you guys in april fyi art is coaching expert classes for team promotion i will have my video equipment at pocono if you tell me your coming i will bring extra tapes and either send you raw footage on cd or edit it. i got a stand so no more hand held video. any body up for some jim thorpe street riding that weekend. | ||

Jan, Its funny that you mention Jim Thorpe. I was actually thinking of making this track day a two part event with a spirited ride through the Pocono's on Saturday the 15th the warm-up for Sunday's track event. Actually, plans are already in the works. I'll keep you updated. Also, I've spoken to Art about being available for this track day and he said no problem, anything for a bunch of crazy Buellers. If you guys don't mind, please direct further posts on this topic to the XBoard. I have a thread there for this event. I want to make sure that we get as much exposure as possible to make this day a slamming success. If anyone knows how to move these posts to that thread please do. Thanks guys. Any one been to Beaver Creek? its closer for me and there are a couple of events planned for the begining of April... nice since i will be home around the first but would like to know if the 300 mile trip will be worth it. | ||

I believe that you are refering to Beaver Run. if so, I have never been there but the guys at TPM say that it is a very high speed track that is not very technical, but in good shape. At least thats what I remember them saying. | ||

I should be at VIR on the 10th. Team Promotion is a great group. I've been riding with them for 4 years and we (Classic Harley-Davidson/Buell) sponsored them for the past 2 years. And I'm looking forward to see what Mike Hale can do for us this season on the XBRR | ||

I'm still trying to figure out what I'll be doing as far as bike events go... I've got a lot that looks like it's coming down the pike at me and I have to pick and choose.. I'd like to be there for VIR North, since I've ridden it before and have a 'passing' knowledge of it so won't be in the way 'as much' as tracks I don't know.. | ||

I'd like to make it to the march 10 date. It would be nice to run with some more Buells. I ran into Leon Winfrey CCS#321 he didn't have any #'s on his bike at JGP in early Dec. I looked up his # on the Buell web site. Mike748, I haven't seen you at JGP or TGP. Hope all is well. I'll be at TGP next weekend for the first WERA (southeast) races. I'll practice friday but I won't be racing just helping a friend. I'll be his one man crew. | ||

Dang.. I don't think I'll be able to make March 10. I'll be at the Pocono/Edison BRAG date.. Just don't know if I can make the 10th. I think I've got a Daytona 200 thing to go to the next day (not there, here in Northern VA).. I'll keep you apprised of what's what.. | ||
