Hi I just received amgazine from Australia (Australian Motorcycle News Vol.36, No.11, Nov 28 to Dec 28, 1986) I bought on e-bay for an RR1000 feature. The article was written by Dave Gess. Just brilliant and the last sentence of the article: "If the dollars can be found, we may be seeing a new American motorcycle company being born" It seems the money was found:-) |

I am sitting here in my office looking at my buell wall. In front of me is a brochure for a Buell RR 1200, the world class american. Boy is that a good looking bike or what? I love that bodywork, the front fender, and how a rider just fits into the bike. That would sure look good in solid black, and produced today. REX |

The RR in your second shot has been on eBay a few times. RRs do show up, often with low/no miles from dealerships from time to time. |

Really? I'll have to pay more attention - not that I can bid on one anyways. I did see an '89 RR1200 for sale for $18,000 a long while ago while surfing the net. I can only guess what these end up going for. I dig the looks but my income stream dictates $3k bikes only. |
