the guy that tuned my bike said it was because of the cam overlap causing -- reverberation (spelling).

65 rwhp at 4500 rpm not too bad there Ryker.
when you get it done I sure would like to see the chart up to say 6500 rpm |

I've swapped out the "bad" ingntion module. For another revtech. Same dang thing. 4300rpms. I then removed the voes switch-- just to try something. Still no more than 4300rpms.
Can a coil cause a certain RPM limit? Because I did twist off one of the tower bolts. I cut a thin groove and soldered a wire in place and secured that with epoxy. But the bike has went above 5000rpms before.
twintec never did answer my email. So I sent another email today. |

10 hour break in period 4300rpms for 10hrs then I get 5500rpms. Not quite full potential for my bike. I've got my eye on ebay for a adjustable higher rpm set up. |

Strange stuff. You sure you don't want to try a stock module and simply adjust your timing accordingly? You just retard the timing so the thing runs okay without detonating. Or advance it as required to optimize performance. Ain't no big deal. In fact, with that mongo compression, you might be doing your engine a favor. |

If you've got a stock cam sensor from a carb bike. That would be great. A nice cheap extrenal craneHI4 is on ebay. But would require a stock cam sensor.
gotta be cheap --just for 9 months. I refuse to buy stuff I can't pay for.
the twintec/revtech works great. So I prefer to stay with single fire, multispark and a race curve ignition. |

nope its the sensor.. ie cam position sensor AKA timing sensor. |
