BTW, the gunship blue, light grey, and dark greys are so close in shade, you can't see the markings unless you are up close. All you can make out in this pic is Marines. There's a lot more there... |

No_rice, Love the paint job.....Spidey has the PERFECT helmet to match.... No...now that I think about it....it might fit Stealth's a little more..... What you need is a Tanker helmet.... (Message edited by devdawg on January 20, 2006) |

No_rice: Do us all two favors... 1. Take the olive paint and spray it into a tiny cup. Grab a small paint brush and get the lettering around the tank one final touch. The rest is perfect. 2. Go to a bike shop and ask the attendant if you could borrow that helmet that goes with the bike, run out and pose for the camera. Then post it. |

I went to a web site that has Roof Helmets. Those are by far the best looking helmets I have ever seen! Check them out on http://t-child.com

I want a high res copy if you do it. If everyone sends me a pic I'll do it. So far, no pics in my e-mail. No need for Stealth to send one, I have many of his (as well as all the 3%ers) would love to figure it out sometime. I've been playing with it for years and I'm still learning. It's just something I do for stress relief. |

------------------------------ thats going to be REALLY hard because thats still the raised buell tank lettering on there. ------------------------------- Not hard at all with a tiny paint brush. Go to a model shop to get one. I like it with the raised lettering! Someone should make a poster outa a pic of you with the gear on the bike with the cool helmet. I would buy it. |

i think i might see about getting it done in one of the hangers or something. might be a bit tough though because most of my friends that would have many connections are over seas and such. might have to to some calling and figure out what i can pull off! |

No rice sorry about the off subject, but have you done any dyno tuning with your nitrous setup. I wanted to do a system on my last bike but never got around to it, just wondering what kinda numbers its making and if you have the air fuel dialed in. O-yea the I dig the paint too. |

where exactly in georgia is it at? i am really going to have to have a job by then so i doubt it will work out, but who knows for sure. chris, no dyno time on it yet. just kind of waiting for the local harley shop to have one of there open houses again this summer and talk my friend into throwing it on there then. you know the cheap route, lol. it can get just retarded out of shape though if you dont stay on top of it. i plan in uping the shot some more this summer once i figure out where i am at with it alittle better. here ya go, read this was a post going on about it a bit ago. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/32777/168313.html?1137459560 |

Buellin_ri- take your helmet to ALSE and have them fit your TPL to your head and then put it in their oven. Works wonders. No more hotspots, etc.... |

will probably end up with the icon flat black helmet the more i look around. need something that works with both bikes since there is NO WAY i am paying for 2 new helmets! kinda like these though if i could. definate street fighter style. the first one would be fun around town, but thats about it.

Even if you end up with a flat black helmet you still need to photograph with that second one. |
