Man, I spend the weekend dickin' around with the ex over a couple of grand that still has her name on it, log on and see this. At least Josh popped his head out of his cube like a prairie dog (I'm still mad at him for not letting me stop to see the worlds largest prairie dog somewhere across Kansas - something about been there, done that, hey is the fairing blowing off the S2?? Shoulda faced it front, maybe?) Oh well, at least I don't have to worry where to spend my disposable income anymore. Baby due in July will take care of that.

I thought it was the S3 we strapped on backwards? We're driving out to Co in April for Grandpa's 80th (he got a new Honda Scooter last year and rarely gets off of it) - if you're nice I'll pay the $5 and send you a pic of the 12'? concrete prairie dog. congrats on the baby! (how'd that happen?) |

Yeah, but jetsam was thrown out on purpose to try and prevent the shipwreck, flotsam was after the wreck. And "splenetic"--I love it when you talk dirty Pam.I am impressed with your supply of superlatives. Can all of you boneheads find something else to spend so much energy on? It boggles my mind how so many good people can agree on so much, but end up fighting over so little. Go ride your bikes. Or wrench on something. Be constructive. |

Hi DAve ! Orange & Nuc Rules! The looks we got from passing cars that afternoon were a hoot. The hardest part of that weekend was how to stop the SLABBERS from turning on the heated grips on my S1. Heated grips at 95 degrees ambient temperature is downright painful. |

Josh, We managed to get them both strapped on backwards. Never occurred to either of us to turn the S1 around instead. Is the 12' one the world's "tallest" or world's "largest"? I remember signs for both Maybe we can argue about that instead, it's about as productive. Like I said, I spent the weekend rehashing a five year old argument and it's just not worth it."Winning" is unattainable, and even if you manage to eke out a victory you probably won't feel too good about it afterward. btw as soon as I figure out how it happened I'll let you know. |

David, sorry to have kept you on the phone for so LLLLLOOOOOONNNNNG. Ettiquette dictates, at least where I come from, that the person that initiates the call(that would've been you, calling me) ends the call. All it takes is,"gotta go now, bye, bye. I do talk alot. My e-mails are short, though, as I am not the fastest typest. So if you want it short and sweet...e-mail me. |

I thank everyone for their input and look forward to meeting as many of you as possible in the future. By the way, this is what I have choosen, 1250 kit with stage two heads/585 redline cams. The bike already has a race ecm, PCII, force winder intake and Wilyco slip on, spurgin oil cooler. Maybe a new coat of paint is needed next.... Art.... |

Hi Pammy; Etiquite here dictates that when we call during work hours, we waste as much time as possible. I did pretty well, eh? Enjoyed talking to you. Lets do lunch again. |

Hmmm, Buell has finally entered the Digital/ GPS age: http://tinyurl.com/9ydos . Next step is to be cost competitive. A ~$300+ cost adder for a logo, and a color change is a little steep IMHO. But at least they understand that this is something Motorcyclists are wanting to add. Neil S. (I REALLY like the one I have on my ST1300) |

Tom, Great to see you poke your head in. No worries. Just custodians doing our jobs. Heard a rumor today that Jim France is keen on the Formula Xtreme Buell effort. That has to be a good thing. Where to watch the race? |
