Original members of the KC Nob.... it don't matter. Clarification... this BBS, the BadweatherBikers, is in no way related to, sponsored by, or anything else by Gails HD. The banner at the heading of the KC Mob thread here on BadWeb was an attempt by me to garner some enthusiasm for a new BRAG chapter that was formed in KC a while ago. It has long ago outlived it's purpose and is removed. Hell, if Blake saw what I did he'd a prolly chastised me long ago. They can contract with Blake for sponsorship if they want a presence here. How bout the "KC waawaa page" for a new title? Not pissin at ya, just laughin along under my helmet. |

Tripper LOL, Hey what is this shirt you are going to wear to Daytona that is supposedly needing to be Banned. Court if you ever read this I remember you saying something about some shirts you are selling, can you send me an email with the logo and price. Also hopefully some of us will be able to make it to Daytona to hang out with everyone. |

Trip - How about deleting both KC threads, and stating a new one just called Kansas City ? That would start things with a clean slate, and get rid of any previous baggage. Then there would be no "original members" or anything. |

That sounds like a thinking mans answer. Good job. After all, the purpose of BadWeb is to BRING TOGETHER Buellistically minded people, and who wants to start posting to a thread named KC Mob, or KC's Least Wanted? Sounds kinda clubby to me, and not very inviting. Whadya all think? Will monitor for a few days. If agreed to, the two "offending" threads will be closed to new posts and the information will archive, not be deleted. Sound good? (Message edited by tripper on January 15, 2006) |

Tripper, heres the problem with the idea as I see it. 1. The core of the group on KCLW do not want to deal with the multiple personalities of Keath and Richie...(all those personalities and not one of them knows how to talk to people with respect) 2. Ferisbueller uses the KCM for his BRAG group, and La Salle and Trueblue use it for Gail's as well.... I think the 2nd point is very fixable....the only way to fix point 1 is going to take years of therapy for some brothers.... So my vote is still to let the two groups be just that 2 groups. Larry |

Consolidating the threads and changing the name will not stop me from posting. Being a middle-brainer, I prefer a more creative name for the thread, but admittedly find it real hard to give a lowflying either way. |

I saw one in the paper today for $875. Reckon when I get another few hundred in my 'secured' funds account, I will take the plunge. Sam's excellent sales pitch put the seal on it for me. |

If Dusty wants a new thread good for him, but we all would like KC's Least Wanted left alone. Give Dusty a thread that he can talk to himself in because that is pretty much what the other thread has become. I think enough has been said about this, and that things should stay the way they are, or maybe get rid of the KC MOB, as long as they don't bring the dealership crap over to this thread they can come to the more active of the two threads. On another note I would like to state that the KC Least Wanted thread has become a place for everyone to chat in and not listen to the dealership crap or BS, if this is lost I think we might lose some of our active posters, I would hate to see this so just keep it the way it is and we can start talking about who is riding today in the nice spring weather we are having. |

Yeeaahhh I'm gonna have to go ahead and agree with you on that one... I'd be happy with leaving the two groups as they are and not have to deal with all the BS that we used to in KC Mob, that's the whole reason we came up with another thread. I'd like to say that I was a part of the decision of creating KCLW because of this crap going on right now! Which brings me to my next point...Don't Do Drugs. I'm out.

Yes, my last wheelie cost me about $80. The worst part was that there was nobody around to see it. I will be exploring one-wheel alternatives over the next several months. Trashing the $11.5k bike is not as fun as I had thought it would be. |

Tim - all I was doing was to respond to earlier posts about the dual threads, with an idea. One that flopped. My bad. I wasn't asking for a thread to post in. There are already several. I withdraw any and all comments on this subject. |

The shoes go with the eyeshadow. I was speaking more to the scrotal bisection. As the testicles are divided, so too are Kansas City area Buellers. I think both sides are a little nuts. |

Lee, I really don't want to see that kind of stuff posted on BadWeB. Please remember the creed here, nothing that would not be okay on a public billboard. Thanks. Tim, Right. Not a lot of posts yesterday. No derision of others either. Might be tough to choose which is more desirable, no? Axe grinding is something best left off the internet methinks. Right Das? All, Dave can handle the deal from here on out. I'm fine with leaving two separate threads. My opinion for what it is worth is that you might want to take the high road and come up with a new name. I'd have moved this board up top with the other more active boards, but the "least wanted" part gave me pause. It seems like it might be an affront to others on the board and we don't want to promote that kind of thing here. Time to move on and let sleeping dogs lie? One very hard lesson I've learned is that the internet, especially via public forum, but even via email, is an absolutely horrible means via which to express oneself or to try to communicate with others concerning emotional issues. It just doesn't work. Continuing to deride folks after all this time is unwelcome for sure. Sheesh. Again, sorry for bringing it up. Please forgive the intrusion. Dave, I think anything you want to do to make the place more valuable to the folks who use it is fine with me. (Message edited by blake on January 16, 2006) |

Sorry Blake. I'll try to refrain from re-posting anymore pics that I got from Badweb that would not be appropriate for billboard advertising. How is this one?

I don't have any problems with anyone on the other board because I wasn't here when everything went down. I will say that the guys on the KCLW thread do ride together, and it seems like all of us are on a pretty similar page. It also says a lot that the KCLW has so many posts in a lot less time from a lot less people. We are not really interested in being associated with Gail's, and that seems to be where the Mob's strings are being pulled. From my one experience with Gail's I won't do business there. I would rather drive to Topeka, which is exactly what I did. Leave things the way they are. I don't think any of us care about being a highlighted group. Things aren't broken anymore, so there is no need to fix anything. |

Hey Larry, Tell your friend at McBride's that the boy genius that waited on us last night messed up my charges. My card was charged four different times for a total of $31.82. I paid once at the bar for about $17.00 and I should have been charged once by our server for $3.00. That kid sucked! Ask your friend what I need to do to get this straightened out. Thanks Larry. |

James, If it is a debt card give it a day or two to clear, I bet you see some of the charges come off. They seem to always overcharge debt cards just to make sure they get their money. I looked at mine and it is higher then what I paid with a tip, but that is what I saw the last time I was there and a few days later the correct charge came through. |

Guys...I gotta admit Blake and Lowflyer have a point about our name. If we are going to be considered a respectable club in the Buell world we are going to have to have a better name. I know at the beginning it seemed like a good name because, at the time, it felt like no one wanted us, so we started our OWN club. Also, for being an independent motorcycle club in KC, the name is not real original, as there is another club in the area named KC's Most Wanted (stunt). Its confusing. When James transfered here from Chicago, he had heard of the Most Wanted club, but was confused with the name of the Least Wanted...I don't think we want to be associated with those guys do we? Its all just food for thought. KC's Least Wanted is a GOOD name, but does it still fit our club's character? If you think about the guys that ride with us, its all about riding and unity now. We have had some great additions this year (Lowflyer, WT, Cereal, James, Fester etc...) and with the Buell sales going the way they are, we will have even more in 2006. People are going to want to join us for the basic fact that we like riding (a lot!) and hooliganism! That is our mission. When we post up rides on this board people show up! The most respected clubs in the Buell world have their names at the top of the page and the only way we will get up there is if we have a name that fits the bill. After posting this I hope I am still friends with all you guys and can continue to ride with ya! It's just my opinion.
