I did a search and came up with nada. There are a couple of units marketed for MC apps. but I only have experience with their automotive apps. MSD ignitions have worked very well on my cars and I can't see why they wouldn't on my Uly either. Anyone have any insight? |

See most of their stuff on dragbikes as they tend to be bulkier than most.I have a MSD window switch that will go on the nitrous system next year.I have had good luck with Dyna 2000 ignition boxes on 4 different bikes now.The newest one on the Bonneville bike has a set-up to hook to computer and program it, and an ignition retard feature for nitrous/turbo applications. And though some here may dismiss single fire, my seat of the pants meter tells me bike is smoother esp down low. Now with your bike and FI/ecm you may not be able to swap out easily. But Al Lighton and Terry Parsley are working on a fix for you folks. |

S123, stands for Multiple Spark Discharge. The box fires your plugs several times on each cycle with more energy than about any other ignition. This promotes a more complete burn of the available mixture, even if that mixture is a little to lean or rich. That means a cleaner running engine with less fouling, a smoother idle, hopefully would stop the occasional "coughing" on throttle opening and generally loose some of the more annoying "character" of the bike. |

Again sometimes we can't just mix and match as we might want. I use Brian Nallin's Rev Perf Heads whenever I can, I do this because I know how hard he works to get the flame path he wants. And if he gets it, I get the horse power I want. As a tuner I have discussed cylinder timing offset, plug heat range, A/F ratios, intake and exhaust flow with him. It is subjects such as this that need to be discussed with your head builder regardless of what a vendor may claim his part will accomplish. ... Terry |

Terry, just another electronic ignition box similar to Dyna,Crane, etc. But ,again, need to see what will work on the late model bikes with the ecm you have. |
