Thanks James, but Jeremy is just showing his true colors. Little guy wants to be a big guy, so he slams everyone around him that doesn't see things his way. He needs to sit back and think of others for once. Perhaps his rides will be more successful then. There, now that's bitching! Ya happy now? |

What Bartimus said! No place for that kind of commentary on this site Jeremy. Capice? |

Well now; Can't we all just get along? Bart: I don't know what you mean about "true colors" or "big guy". Jeremy has done plenty to help us organize rides and has been fairly successful considering how independant most riders are. And your comments weren't much better. Dark: Just don't take it personal when some one nitpicks. Thats just life. Now kiss and make up! lol. (Message edited by Malleus on November 23, 2005) |

You know, Bart has been known to cry like a girl from time to time. But he's also a great rider and a good friend to have. I've known him to go out of his way to help other Buellers just because it's a nice thing to do. He'll bust your chops, but can take what he dishes out. He won't suffer fools, which I believe is the root of this issue. He's someone I'd go out of my way to ride with because I know he'd make the ride exciting, but safe. I trust him, I trust his judgement. Can't say that for everyone I've met here. Nuff said. |

I propose that all of the "old school" guys who either don't ride anymore or live in AZ post here, while those of us who do post on the AZ DTB thread. This way, all of the guys who used to hang out can get all nostalgic and remember the good old days and we can plan our next ride. This thread is a dead dog...I suggest we let it lie. |

I wasn't slamming Brian or Bart, its called humor. The no riding comment to Brian is a on going joke we have, damn when he lived Tucson he rode more than when he lives in Phoenix!!! Now this is a slam, two words for ya....SPELL CHECK, works wonders on all the yellow highlights you must have seen on the preview screen before you posted!!!! careyj. |

Carey...no harm no foul..I know what you mean. I keep telling Kobie I saw more of you guys when I lived in Tucson and worked up here, but now the whole family is up here and it's been a helluva year getting thing situated. Hopefully things will start changing here AFTER the holidays! (Damn their already here!!) Thanks James for the defense, but it's okay. Let them think what they want. Dagwood...You don't know me, I don't know you, and quite frankly have no desire to meet you now. You're snide comments about us "old timers" has no place on this thread. I've been around a lot longer than my profile says and the people I've met through this thread I value as friends. Just because I haven't participated in your group rides doesn't mean I'm any less of a motorcyclist. Why don't you just go play on the other side of the fence and let us old timers have our space. |

The other thread for some odd reason gets a lot more responses. If you look at who posted the last ride info you will see there was no fence until this, now its a complete waste of time even posting here because somebody gets hormonal about the structure of the ride and the way it was posted. When the other thread was started thats when the whiners surfaced. Is it against the rules to start another thread? I think not! When I meet new riders I recommend them to this site and both threads not just the club thread. It is not a BRAG thread. Our club is open to all types of bikes and riders. Look at the BRAG chapter as a side thing. I for one would get really bored with one brand of bike all the time. Maybe Dan is right and we should let this thread "lie" and maybe he is wrong? If choosing sides is your game I pity the asphalt you ride on. And for those of us who cant take a joke after making the same comment. No pity here just a recomendation "PROZAC". Everybody needs to get on there bikes and ride their ride. J |

My intent was not to be snide or sarcastic, sorry you took it that way. I'm sure you're a cool guy, Brian (you obviously have great taste in motorcycles). My goal in the post above was to suggest alternatives to what has become a damn sewing circle of bitching and moaning on this particular thread by individuals who don't live or ride among us. This thread sees zero activity for days at a time until someone decides to stir the . I didn't call you or anyone else for that matter "old timers". I said "old school" and if that somehow offends you...well sorry. It's too bad that in your haste you judge me as a bad person. You choose not to ride with me? I'm crushed. (Now THAT is sarcasm) Have a nice day! |

" "**yawn**" You may be a stand up guy too, but to belittle the people that have been on this thread for a couple of years is uncalled for. I'm sure you are just as crushed as I am that we may never ride together. I've never said it was against the rules to start another thread. I've never talked crap about anybody involved with the other thread, but I'll damn well defend the friends I've made through this one. Don't need your pity Jeremy. Glad to see you enjoyed your track day. Looks like it was fun. Actually went on a nice ride myself today *GASP*... |

I've never talked crap about anybody involved with the other thread, but I'll damn well defend the friends I've made through this one. What's your point? I never saw your name as the directed target for that comment nor did I see anybody else's. It is a general observation that you arrogantly looked over as an attack on you. Chill out! Take a pill or do what you do. Pity, for the asphalt not you. So its ok for individuals that have been here for a while to belittle everybody else? Who try to get a group together or has different views on ride structure.} |

Boy, I came here to see if you guys were thinking about a ride like last years Springfast. Instead there is way too much backbiting. Are you going to still be friends come April? We have a few more guys that want to come since last years ride. |

Come on guys ease up, this thread is not dead, just look at the post numbers and was the original AZ thread and I like reading both threads cause different folks have different strokes, Brian is a cool guy and a great rider, his move from Tucson was a big one and with more work on his plate and getting family settled I understand why, and can't we all just get along??? Like I said in the past, getting Buell riders together is like hearding cats!!! Brian, glad to hear things are coming together for you and your family and you have been missed on our rides and we will be here when you can get out for a whole days ride!!! And speaking of someone who hasn't been riding, "cough Kobie cough" I hope you haven't forgotten how to ride that pasta burner!!!! |

Jeremy I'm quite calm. I'm not even upset. I think it's funny how you don't remember what you post. Considering I was, scratch that, am the only one responding to any of this BS, how can I not take any of this as directed towards me? "I pity the asphalt you ride on" "By the way this is what I've been doing lately. How about you? " Geez, who's the arrogant one here? I'm not worthy of even riding on the street? Trying to one up me 'cuz you got to go to a trackday and I didn't? "all of the guys who used to hang out can get all nostalgic and remember the good old days and we can plan our next ride." Dagwood, that's not an insult? If it wasn't meant to be, then I may be just too sensitive. My bad. Just seems like a cut down that's all. Look, I've got absolutely no ill will towards any of you. Life's too short and I've got way more important things going on with my family to go on and on with this trivial BS. Live long and prosper, may the force be with you, keep the shiny side up, etc. etc. etc. |
