Was wondering what products are being used to keep the frame, swingarm looking good? Not sure if I want to use a metal polish. What is the finish on the frame? Is the metal treated or is some kind of finish applied? |

I use what I have always used to clean bikes and cars; a squirt of Dawn in a 2.5 gallon bucket of water. Occasionally, I have switched to Palmolive, but only when I have felt my hands were aging prematurely. |

I use Hondapolish or Protectall and a microfiber cloth. Just spray it on and wipe it down. It works great between washes and even on a ride. I only was my bikes maybe once or twice a year, but I use this stuff after every ride and it keeps them looking great. I use Novus 1 on all plastic and windscreen. It works great for the Buell bodywork. Make sure you use a microfiber cloth, never use papertowel. |

I use Simple Green. It works great on the engine, and is a great corrosion preventitive. Use it full strengh or dilluted. Its inexpensive too! |
