Hey All, I've put the PIAA 004XT driving lights on the XB12X (lights are only ~2.5" diameter and very light but have 55W H3 bulbs). I'll put pics on my website sometime. The crazy ideas came about when I realized the fuse block (blue seas 5025) and the driving light relay would fit under the flyscreen. I may move them up there this winter. This way only 2 wires are snaked up the frame to the front from the battery. I'll keep you all posted. Cheers |

Sounds like a nice set-up Joe. Please post pictures and further description of both your light mounting as well as the electrical stuff. Thanks Henrik |

Hey Guys, OK pics will be posted soon. Work is crazy now (9-10hr days) as a deadline is fast approaching on Thursday COB. I hope I can remember the process for putting the pics on my website. It's been 2yrs since I updated it last. I'm actually pretty psyched about moving the fuse box. It will clean things up alot. Cheers |

I thought about putting mine under the flyscreen, but decided against it because a). thinking accessibility would not be as easy, b). unless it's just me, the stock horn sounds like a wet fart - I've got plans to upgrade it to something a little more substantial. For the time being at least, under the seat seems to work pretty well for me, without really taking up too much room - also, I have it wired in such a way (switched power comes from the rear accessory socket via an accessory plug) that I have not had to alter or cut into the stock setup. I'm keen to see how your set up works 2hogs Cheers -Jack |

yep crazy hrs when you only get paid for 8 of them :-) I thought about the limited access also. My hope is if everything is wired right they won't need replaced too often. I'm hoping a nice dual horn setup from the aftermarket will fit along with the fuse block. Just gotta order the horns and do a test fit. Cheers |

This is on a Ducati and would probably work for the Uly also. I have written the company to see if they are going to produce one specifically for the Uly. Company is Saeng and the product is called a Wing-Tip. I think it may be similar to what a lot of people would like to see on the Uly.
