Hi guys I have attached a pic that came off a web site for the aftermarket parts for this bike when it was still in production. Although I have the picture, I did not note the manufacturer name or the web site address. I thought all of you would be familiar with this photo and the parts that know the X1 Lightning well, as I don't have a clue, new to this bike. Any help is much appreciated in locating the manufacturer and web site details. I can only assume of course that the photo was taken down (it was used as a mouse over pointer to the parts on the bike)as the model is no longer in production. My email is denimo@ignmail.com, thanks in advance for suggestions. |

No I am new to this web site, how do I inform your sponsors ? Can you please let me know how to do this ? I am a newbie here. I would like to look at all the parts available on this picture, someone will be familiar with this photograph and the manufacturer. So, thats wanting to revamp the bike with parts supplied from this maker. Exhaust, numberplate holder, flywheels, mirrors, indicators, air cleaner, handle grips. My objective is to create the same look bike with same parts. Thanks for your response. |

looks like Rizoma aftermarket parts. At least the airfilter, rear pulley and foot pegs are. I have the same air filter on my x-1. |

I thought the mirror mounts on our X1 were pretty much standard jap bike stuff. I know the brake assembly is Nissin and therefore Japanese aaaaannd therefore metric. Is the left and right the same? I'm still running my stockers. If they haven't rattled loose yet, I don't think they ever will! |

The mirrors are standard size. I picked up a set that resembles carbon fiber (painted) for about $30 from a non-sponser here. The turn-signals can also be had pretty much anywhere. Here is a link to the rear sprocket at Trojan Horse http://www.britnett.net/adrenalinmoto/listings/123.html Here are the mirrors on the Rizoma website http://www.rizoma.com/mirrors_custom.html Finally, they have a "Right side cover" listed for the X-1 on the discontinued parts list. http://www.rizoma.com/dismissed.html |

I would like the body paint color code. That looks pretty darn close to the frame color. |
