Ah Ha, I remember putting up crown molding on a concrete house with my wife. We couldn't figger out how to attach the heavy crown molding to that damn hard concrete.... so we used a 22 cal. ramset! HAHAHAHAHAHA. The good ole days. |

Installed a nice curved bannister piece today. That was fun to make- it had to have a real tight radius, it went from about 30 % to verical and also took a 90% plane change... heck, I'd haveta see it to believe it, and I made the darn thing! |

are you mitreing or coping the corners? Been riding lately? I went for a bit of spin locally yesterday. Manhattan and brooklyn. Pretty damp, but not actually raining. |

mitreing. actually not to bad of a job, just when you don't do it everyday, well you know. hope you took a pic of the banister, sounds pretty cool. i worked on an 1865 mansion in newburgh a while back that was filled with wood a marble work that actually took my breath away. i still can't believe how many craftsman must have been required to do the job. bike goes in to the shop this week for a little "investigative" work. not sure how much you missed on the board but it turns out my new bike wasn't exactly new, the dealer was not very honest. apparently she was a demo that wouldn't run properly and then turned into a parts doner bike and was finally slapped back together and sold to me as a new bike. |

OUCH! Talk about the heights of dishonesty! Well, I hope that it's made right for you, that's for sure! I knew that thing wasn't running right with that detonation problem you were having. How did you find out about their dirty play? |
