I just painted the frame on an XB and was wondering how long I should wait until putting the frame pucks on. Any ideas?

A couple of days to let the paint fully cure I think would be ok. I'm not a painter though.

Cereal with what did you paint it with??Spray can??If so yeah a couple days.If spray gun and cleared and whole bit I'd wait longer.Paint and clears take time to cure. That why they ingenerally tell you no waxes for thirty days.

Go ahead and throw your pucks on your fine I'd think.I've used that spray to paint my tail section a year ago and that stuff dries like right now.

I wish that were true. I moved the bike two hours after painting it and the brake lever, which was dangling by the cable, gouged the paint. Very frustrating.

That paint dries fast, but will never be resistant to scratching.
