WT and others, I found these lil gems that are great for bleeding brakes. They are called Speed Bleeders, it is a bleeder value that has a check value in them and it makes it real easy to bleed brakes. You have to order the I could not find any here in KC. I think i may have an extra set for a Buell but dont hold me to that. http://www.speedbleeder.com/ As far as I ride tonight I would be down, what is everyone thinking?? |

Fester, I'm out for tonight, the wife is getting sick. Those bleeders look nice! If you find them, I'll buy them from you! Talk to you soon, WT |

53 miles southwest of Wichita. They have a great 3D archery tournament once a month. |

That is where I went to High School, and where my Mom still lives. Sadly I must report that the bolt has failed me. I made it to Wichita and after making a stop at my girlfriends parents I only made it about 10 miles out of Wichita before I had to turn around. My headlight was flashing back and forth between nice and bright and dim and then my check engine light came on. The one with the piston. The bike felt like it was cutting out while at cruising speed, and the light kept coming on and turning off. I had to drive about 20 miles back to her parents place like that because I was in the middle of nowhere. I'm thinking fuel pump, battery, or wiring. Any ideas, tips? I'm 200 miles away from my home and 60 miles away from my Mom's and my bike is not up to par. Please help! Thanks! |

I would be looking at wiring as well. The engine light likely came on as a result of loss of power to the fuel pump. The headlight flicker with that would mean to me that it is not likely to be a problem with the engine systems. Did you notice if the speedo and tach reset? Good luck and God speed. |

Thanks for all the help guys. I started with the battery and found that my positive connection was loose. Tightened it up and the bike ran like it always has after that. I'm just glad it was nothing more serious. |

Frank I didn't know you knew how to use a computer. James he is jumping the blast over 3 dually pickups at 2pm today. I think he is doing it at 199th and a little east of Lone Elm. Everyone should try to make it out there. Sam knows the details and what is going on for sure, so post up Sam, wait I think he can only get on the web at work. |

Great time today watching Jeff jump the blast, oh ya he jumped six pickups (45 foot gap). It was pretty sweet. His DVD will be available on Dec 15. By the way Dustin jumped two pickups on his 50 (22 foot gap). It will be in the DVD if it came out alright on tape. |

Come on Drake, you've got to give us a chance to "name that movie." It's my favorite game! Here is an easy one: "Wormser is a master of aerodynamics. He has engineered the javelin to complement Lamar's limp-wristed throwing style." I finally got the frame pucks and the side of Pele's XB that I bondoed wasn't built up enough, so it had to go back under the knife for another four hours! Next person I see riding without frame pucks is getting a slap for their own good. |
