I was looking at the new Ulysses and its lower footpeg mounts. I wondered whether they would bolt up to the frame of an XB9S, whether my existing footpegs and rear brake assembly would work, etc. I think the lower mounts would give me a little more leg room on my 2003 model.

I have been thinking the same thing....looked at the Uly for a while wondering if it will work.
Hopefully someone will chime in here and set us strait on this one.

Called Buell -- They say it'd work. Bracket part numbers are N0401.1AKAYBP (right) and N0402.1AKAYBP (left) at $145 ea. plus they say you'd need a longer brake line for roughly $30 plus new pegs. Brackets could be bead blasted to get to a color closer to the look of an older XB. All in all, not cheap.
