Hey Guys , My son smashed his bike up BIg time and he needs as follows, rear swing arm, front headlight bracket and housing, handle bar controls, lower tubes, rear wheel, rear tail section, etc.etc all for a 2003 xb9s IF ya can help out with parts let me know ,He do`T have much in the way of $$$$ , but lets see, THanks guys went down at 175 klms or over 100 mph,.. :-(((((((( (Message edited by hogs on September 27, 2005) | ||

Thanks Rarebird for the offer pal, HE had a Custom seat on it that got thrown off into da woods but still had his stock seat so he can use his old seat Thanks just the same... OK thanks Dave will keep that in Mind As funny as it seems his two headlights are good atleast not broke, but the housing for the speedo and front fairing got trashed I`ll keep that in mind Dave, Thanks Buddy...! Man He got loads of road rash ( I had to change his bandages everyday for the past week) and one broken small finger I think someone was watching over him last week, HE sure used up one of his nine lives thats for sure....typical 16 year old did the same thing myself at his age and with no helmet back in 1971 but I might have been going 50 mph NoT 100 mph plus...Anyways anyone else with XB parts kicking around gathering dust I might be interested in Thanks..! | ||

Man, you're not kidding someone was watching over him! Glad to hear that's the worst he got... Makes me nervous to think of my kid getting closer (he's 12), and my buddy's son turning 15. We survived unscathed (though not all our equipment did), and can only hope our kids, who have the same attitude and access to (our) faster cars and bikes, are as lucky! hey, i have a front end with forks and triples (left leg has a small scuff on the bottom...cant even see un less you lookin righ down at it, a chin spoiler (black), rear shock, side stand, stock bars, im sure i got brake and clutch levers.
