I was just wondering if I was the only guy that still had one of these. |

I think I still have the Battle Twin Magazine test on the muffler. |

I'm running one with the 3" outlet on my S1W. It sure does off the neighbors in the morning Compared to other slip-on pipes, I wouldn't trade my Boss for any other on the market. Super solid, great looks and loud. |

YES. I am on my second one. The first one's baffle tube broke and they replaced it for free. I have brazed my clamps to the muffler to prevent it from chafing all the time. |

Check out my thread titled "Cherry Bomb" further on down in "Old School". I made the muffler on my M2. From what I've been told, it's very similar to the Daytona Boss. THere is also a link to a video of the bike running.

I've got a Daytona Boss muffler sitting in my garage, when I can figure a system so it will NOT break any more clamps, I'll re-install it. I believe it to be the best sounding exhaust around. After numerous rear muffler clamps broken and an exhaust stud broken, I gave up for now on it. I shame myself for saying this, But, I put my stock muffler back on until I have the time available to figure things out. Stainless Specialties produced the muffler but after having much difficulty fixing the problem of the rear muffler clamp breaking, they stopped producing the "So-Called" Daytona BOSS muffler. If you know of someone producing these mufflers again, let me know. Please |
