whats the best valve seal to purchase? The heads were XB's that NHRS a stage 3 on.

also I know this is a dumb question but gotta make sure. I need to pull the front head. But I don't know what kind of head gaskets were used when the previous owner put the XB heads on the bike. Do I need to use the same gasket on both heads or can I get by with buying/replacing just the front gasket?
