DNS issues may take a day or three to completely work themselves out, depending on how well the downstream caching DNS servers behave, and various settings like the time to live. Browser caching can screw stuff up as well. | ||

ummm... grndskpr- You brought up (& quoted) my 'borg post, not me. Look at my unedited posts. i let it go, i left that site and didn't bring it up, here. what i did do was correct/revise dbird's post. then you highlight a post from that other site and post it here, and tell me to "forget what happened"? trust me, i forgot about it after 3 days in cali. and, for the record, virtual or otherwise, anyone who has conversed with me about this (& there are quite a few of youze) knows that my intentions, upon meeting a fellow bueller in the greater sacto area, was to engage in unbridled merriment and backslapping, at the very worst. anyone who thinks i'd travel 5 hours north for any reward other than good-natured (albe'em unexpected) hijinks and giggles has no sense of my originality. trust me, my aptitude for originality and my permanenet sh*t-eating grin supercede my need to exploit my pugilistic prowess in situations of benign (as was that case) wiseas*edness.
