This is for real. We will be playing at the Homecoming Award Dinner. We need as many players as possible. |

Sounds like you're putting together an orchestra, a Buellorchestra? Might be nice if there was a ballad singer or folk artist of some sort. Sort of as an alternative to the harder stuff? Does Arlo ride a Buell????? And of couse you've got to have the solo-segment of Erik playing. |

Try Black Vincent by Richard Thompson. James meets Red Molly-"thats a fine motorbike, a girl could feel special on any such likes" "My hats off to you, it's Vincent Black Lightning, 1952"..."I see Angels and Aerials in leather and chrome, swoopin' down from heaven to carry me home..." Acoustic, but could rock on a well picked Les Paul. kevyn S1/M2 |

What better song to reinforce the "Streetfighter" image than "Street Fighting Man" - Stones? Perhaps a little Elton John too, "Saturday Night's Alright (For Fighting)": "A couple of the sounds that I really like, Are the sounds of a switchblade and a motorbike." Someone mentioned Dick Dale -- ever hear "Nitrous"? Boy, that'll pump up your guitar playing arm! Don't forget Dick Dale's classic Miserlou, The Wedge, and Ghost Riders in the Sky. If you've ever seen his live acts recently, you'd be amazed. Sparky 96S1, 98S3 |

Easy..."She sells sanctuary..." Shreiking guitars, over the top vocals, good '80's drum sounds...you know the rest. |

My fav compilation for the road includes: Tool, Prison Sex Chemical Brothers, Leave Home Coal Chamber, Big Truck Fugazi, Walken's Syndrome Snot, Snot Prodigy, Poison Low Fidelity Allstars, Battle Flag Chemical Bros, Loops of Fury Limp Bizkit, Pollution KMFDM, Blood The Doors, Roadhouse Blues Rob Zombie, Dragula (Hot Rod Herman remix) Replublica, Ready to Go Cotton Mouth Kings, Bump (guitar remix) Nine Inch Nails, Down in it Orbital, Satan (industry standard mix) These tunes have accompanied me on many a long trip. This and similar music have tended to provoke speeding, rapid acceleration, burouts, and the tendancy to run through corners sideways in me! |

Black Denim Trousers (The Cheers, Billboard number 6, 1955) "He wore black denim trousers and motorcycle boots And a black leather jacket with an eagle on the back He had a hopped-up 'cycle that took off like a gun That fool was the terror of Highway 101" Very Rockabilly, Very Cool. Ther aren't too many songs that have motorcycles/motorcyclists in them, we have to cherish the one's we have. |

I've been listening to Mr Scruff when I ride recently. For those that have no clue who Mr. Scruff is they are the band whose song is the main advertisement for Lincoln right now. That jazz/techo sound...very nice beat for traffic and twisties. |

A 12 minute version of Radar Love - must kick ass! That is one of the greatest songs of all time. I highly recommend Radar Love by White Lion. They did a cover of the tune in the 80's - and it is really, really good. You gotta play it loud though - REAL LOUD! Especially that part where the song gets to a climax - then the drums have a quick solo to bring the tune back in - check out White Lion's version with the double bass pounding away! Rock and Roll.
