I'm running an A/F gauge and the 4 wire 02 sensor. I tapped the stock gauges for 12v power supply. My problem is that on the o2 signal wire the multimeter shows me 4.8-5.0 volts when the igntion is on. This is even without the heated wires hooked up. |

Without the engine running ignition is on. 12v switched power and no ground wire. I can get 12v on the signal wire at the o2 sensor. as if the volts for the gauge lighting is flowing through the gauge and into the signal wire.??? |

May not have the correct sensor? That guage takes a narrow band O2 sensor. I was using a single wire Bosch unit and never had any problems. |

The readout won't be correct until you start it. Mine shows about .5 until the bike is running. This is normal. |
