Bueller's I have a 96'S1. Will a front braided brake line from an M2 fit my Buell? I've had trouble gettin' any response from all posts. I couldn't get the first Braided line to hold. I tried every way known to all my Biker friends to bleed it,but nothing worked.Help! Johnny vindigni714 |

Check out Russell. If memory serves (sometimes not very well) they list them for the S1.

John; don't know about the brake line fit, but I always use a syringe when bleeding brakes: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/show.cgi?tpc=3842&post=115988#POST 115988 This is my original description. Henrik |

Both Russell and Goodridge make line for the S1 Ride Safe |

I put a Goodridge line on my S-1 and it looks pretty cool. Bleeding the front brake on the other hand wasn't cool, it took for ever. |

Get a mighty vac to bleed your brake lines, takes away all the annoyance |

I used stock braided lines from the X1 for my S1. The factory lines look much cleaner than most of the aftermarket...the ends are crimped instead of threaded adaptors. |

BTW, I vacuum, bleed mine...they usually only require one or two pumps with the conventional bleeding method after that to get a nice firm lever. |
