I was their when they-we pushed the Ulysses out of the crate. I was the second person to sit on it. My toes almost didn't touch the ground. Well it was like a see-saw at the park! It looks better in person. Greg said "he wants to ride it" How cool is that? I said your the boss, Its your rodeo, I'm just a clown here to have fun. He laughed. Its late and I gotta go to bed, But I wanted to post and say that "BRAVEANGEL and MAD JACK" vicki's husband went down on Ponce after the bridge on the hard right corner on the way to the Vortex. No cars were involved and not sure what happened. I didn't see the wreck but Jack and Braveangel were riding two up. Braveangel has a broken femur. She was in good spirits and I even got her to laugh for a second. She was being a tuff biker chick. As of tonight I was told they won't operate until late friday. They'll put a rod in like mine. Jack on the other hand is still ify' They said he chipped the # three vertebra in his neck. If anyone doesn't know this Jack has had problems already with his neck and had a couple of different ops' already. He has formed bruises on his face by the temple by the time we got to the hospital and had a busted nose. Head and neck trama can be a bit unpredictable. Had some road rash on the lower back and upper hip looked badly bruised also. LETS KEEP THEM IN OUR THOUGHTS. |

Oh my God! That's terrible. B_A..I knew you were a tough one. Hang in there. Jack I'm thinking about you, buddy! If I can help in any way, someone let me know. I need some help as well, Please. On the way into work this morning< I hit some road debris and just about put her down in the HOV lane. Luckily, I was able to keep it in control. I limped her to work. Something chipped my hugger and I got a nail in my rear tire. So, I'm stranded her at work with a flat. Any suggestions? I don't know what to do. Plug? Truck to my house? If anyone can give me a hand sometime today I will be in debt. Thanks in advance. Will it hurt the rim by sitting on a flat with out a center stand. Speaking of stand, Anyone goone I can borrow? Man, sorry to hear about 3%er injuries. Best wishes to B_A and Jack. B_S: I bought one of those "Stop and Go" tire pluggers last year; it's a tool that uses a small mushroom-shaped rubber plug to plug tire holes. Had to plug the Dunlop on the rear of my S3 when it had only ~1000 miles on it. Changed the tire earlier this month with ~6500 miles on it (including a ~700 mile round trip from here to TWO and back) and the plug was holding up fine. When I pulled the tire off the plug was perfectly seated inside and looked like it would have gone another 6500 miles with no problem. I keep the kit on the bike now; it doesn't take up much room at all. If you can find one, I wouldn't hesitate to use one to plug your tire. |

WTF? B_A, & Jack, I don't know what to say other than my thoughts are with both of ya'll. B_S, we'll figure something out. What time do you get off work? I drove the truck this morning, after I read about last night, I didn't feel much like riding. |

Glitch....My last patient is at 2:30. I'm gonna go to the Auto parts store here in a bit a get a plug kit and see if that works just to get me home. It was dark when I got to work so I'm not 100% sure that the flat is the only damage. If I would of read the post last night I would of caged it as well. |
