We have a request to develop mirror block off plates- the flat plates used to maintain the structural connection between the fairing and the fairing stay on the XBR models when the mirrors are removed. Some owners remove their mirrors and replace them with bar ends and some owners remove them for racing. Any interest from Firebolt owners? Thanks, Keith darkhorsemoto.com |

Yep...especially if you can find a way to dress-up the ugly mounting holes on the outside of the fairing, so people dont look at it and say "Oh he took his mirrors off". |

Keith, count me in...I'd like to see more than my shoulders, so bar ends would be nice. |

Depends on the price. I've seen some for other bikes that go for around $50 and I think that's to much. |

Thank you very much for your response. Looks like I have a bit of work to do on the mirror plates and perhaps some turn signal block off plates as well... Keith |

I'm cheap. Tear apart a stock mirror, grind the mount bases flat, and paint to your favorite color. Works good if you're going to bar ends. There's already a guy on eBay selling them... |
