You guys aren't gonna believe this sh*t (if you're over 30 you might have heard of these two). From my USGP trip. (Message edited by bigsherm9r on July 26, 2005) |

They were walking to the other side of the pits to go out for practice in these.

This was Thursday. Practice started Friday. The ENTIRE pits were opened to anyone with a general admission ticket, pit pass or not. If you don't suck, you'll go next year. Here a Suzuki factory mechanic works on Hopper's ride. (Message edited by bigsherm9r on July 26, 2005) |

So did the MotoCyz C1 (or whatever it's called) actually race? How'd it do? |

Nope, the MotoCzyz didn't get on the track at all. The intent months ago in Cycle world was to enter the GP, then for some reason that was reduced to wanting to do some parade laps, then I'm not sure what happened. Nice bike, though, and Mike Czyz was there talking to the fans at his display. Sherm |

seems a little odd that a bike on a lift at a racetrack might need drill bits, or is it just me?

One use for a drill bit: If a pop rivit fails might have to drill out before a new one can go in. Sounds good to me. |

No pic, no post! I saw the Moto Czyz do a parade lap. Sounded wicked cool. Was going very slowly though. On Sunday I think.

Hi folks, I've been meaning to post these for a while These are a few pics I took a couple of weeks ago of my favourite local roads around Mt Glorious and Mt Nebo. Very popular with bikers of all types, but mainly modern sportsbikes. There's a cafe at Mt Glorious where you can see everything from old Moto Guzzi's to new gixxers, and the occasional Buell Cheers, lemonchili

Goddamn, Lemonchili, I can't wait to get back to some mountains! I grew up, both growing up, and riding motorcycles growing up, in the mountains of North Carolina. I've been stationed, care of uncle Sam in flat- Texas for the past six years and I'm due to relocate to hilly Fort Campbell this winter. Can't wait to finally live (again) in an area that has plenty of curves. Sherm |

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Modified stock muffler, removed output end,1/2 hole in cap, removed 2" section of pipe. Sounds good, runs good with bigger jets. Input pipe broke ,rewelded with SS rod.

It isn't always a bad thing when your closest dealer stops selling Buells... now where to put the other two?
