yeah there is a guy rollin around lenexa/shawnee that has a yellow XB. i ran into him at subway one day and didn't really seem into the whole "buell group" thing...i don't know maybe he was just in a hurry to eat lunch or something. from what I remember I think he's got a couple of carbon fiber pieces and some aftermarket levers on his bike and that's about it. i guess you win some and you lose some... (we don't lose, we just form a new group, ) |

The ride on the 5th sounds like a good time, but I will be working at Irishfest all that weekend. Not that my vote counts but the original OK Joes is the place to go for BBQ. I will be out for this Friday night for sure, where is the meeting place Other Place or Fuel? I will have to see about Fuel this Thurs as well, but anything is possible. |

OK .... Why would we take Jerry to the OKI Joe's in Olathe??? It's the original one that would be appropriate... beings it is centrally located and he will be staying in LS. If he was here longer it would be great to take him to a couple of the others... but that will have to be another time!! I have mapped racerboys direction from waterloo to kc and can email then to anyone who would like a copy. I will be talking to Jerry sometime this week to get any info on changes and departure times etc. This is going to be FUN!! Jeff |

yea,yea,yea...post the route and e-mail me too. I wanna go. I wasn't on I-35, I normally run I-435 doing a 100+, but there is a fella that rides a yellow xb9s that lives in the housing complex next to waterford place, any ideas. Only saw him once, the bike was chillin in the garage. |

I've never seen that one leave the garage either. I thinks it's an indoor bike! |

Keith, it's just over 200 miles from Quincy, IL to Dyersville, IA. why do i mention that? well, on the ride from Appleton, WI to Waterloo, IA on Sunday Sept 4th (being led by Dave Stueve and Alex Prior) we're all gonna stop for a bit in Dyersville and play a game of catch on the Field of Dreams. i am SO stoked! also: Alex was just there (again) yesterday, and has secured permission for us for two very unique photo ops with Madduck's Ulysses. anyway, you and i missed each other by inches at Laguna, and i'm hoping that we might still get a chance to finally meet and ride together. still got your old high school baseball glove? i do. and i'm bringing it. Jerry, Ever rode through Iowa?? Couldn't pay me enough! Honestly, the little wife has made plans for us on Sept 4th because of holiday weekend. Seeing what I can come up with for the 5th. Feel guilty about missing you the last time you traveled through St. Louis area and Laguna. Keith (Message edited by gravedigger on August 09, 2005) |

Hey is Dave going to ride or drive his cager from WI to IA? Dave if you do not have to work on that monday you should ride down to KC with Jerry stay the night we have plenty of places to put you up and then ride home the next day. I'm sure there are alot of people in KC that would like to meet their favorite parts guy. Oh ya Dave we will be missing the Battletrax this weekend, we are going to go ride in Arkansas. |

I am thinking we should meet at Fuell about 8 to 8:30 on Thursday. As for the Arkansas ride this weekend, it will probably be a last minute decision. Larry, I will let you know! |
