hmmm, I NEED a "loud" bike to be in the club???? That doesn't sound right. And you guys know, you MAY have had more riders attend if YOU HAD POSTED WHERE TO MEET AND AT WHAT TIME !!! I see this BRAG group is off to a great start.

Bart: Nobody ever made a statement saying that the bikes had to be loud. Its just a freakin name! Yes it is off to a great start thank you for noticing. I prefer to call people for rides and if I dont have a number i'll post or pm J (Message edited by buellj79 on August 08, 2005) |

Kobie asked: "What kind of thunder does a bike need to make to be included in the club?" Jeremy replied: "Anything louder than a car." Read your post above... I'm sure you don't have EVERYONES phone number. I WAS in town this weekend. If the ride had been posted, as we have done in the past, others may have shown up. Don't whine about people not showing up, when they are not informed. Jeremy stated on Aug 5th: "As far as the group goes the reason they failed is they had poor leadership." That was a slam on Carey, and everyone else that has organized rides here in the valley. That's not being very polite, considering the stellar job you did organizing this past weekends ride. Be careful of what you say, it's all recorded here for all to see. Since I am currently residing in Arizona AND New Mexico, I guess it's ok to post here. Nobody bitches at the Cali guys for posting here, so bite me. |

IF ANYBODY TOOK OFFENSE TO THE ABOVE POSTS I AM PUBLICLY APOLIGIZING! NOBODY'S WHINING WE HAD A GREAT RIDE, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW YOU WERE IN TOWN. I WASNT TRYING TO HURT ANYBODYS FEELINGS. AND NO IM NOT YELLING! J (Message edited by buellj79 on August 09, 2005) |

Those of us who did take some initiative and contacted Jeremy about the ride were rewarded with some beautiful scenery, smooth twisties, and good company. Those of us who didn't missed out. Maybe next time. I don't believe anyone was "whining" about people not showing up...just lamenting the fact that they didn't. The New Mexico comment was an obvious joke...relax brother. We are all here for the same reason...to have fun, enjoy life to its fullest, and make a few friends along the way. I'm sure someday we will meet up and I for one would prefer that it be on good terms. |

"The logical thing to do in the event that you happened to be interested in the ride would have been to ASK when and where to meet. Am I right? " Sometimes that doesn't work out so good Dagwood... Like if I check the board in the morning or something. The logical thing to do would have been to post the ride details first thing . I'll chalk it up to a learning experience. I'm sure they'll be posted next time . |

What ride Bart, I had to work this weekend and did not try to organize any rides!!! I wasn't trying to slam you Bart, its called humor ever heard of it??? If I did slam you I would do it to your face and not hide behind my computer. If you were offended by it then oh well..... |

LOL Carey . I think Bart was saying that Jeremy slammed you for "not being a good leader" or some such because Jeremy seems to feel that the previous brag attempt failed due to "leadership". That kind of set Bart off a little (I don't blame him). I think you mis-understood . Read back a page or so... Can't we just post in one thread? I can see myself getting confused when trying to remember which person said what in which thread... |

LOL @ you ALL!!! (In my best Napolean Dynamite) Friggen Idiots!!! <<<SARCASM STEP AWAY FROM THE KEYBOARD. GO RIDE YOUR MOTORCYCLES. RETURN TO BOARD. HAVE FUN! ------------------------------------------------- M1, That was my thoughts. I kinda wish there was just one... I love the idea of a successful AZ brag club and can't wait to make some rides. But I too would prefer that the Who, what, when, where, and why be posted ahead of time for planning purposes because for me it's going to be a road trip... Sorry Bart I misunderstood what you said!!! When I worked at Chosa's I had to twist there arm to get a local BRAG chapter and the only way to get it was if I did everything and I did but Chosa's was just not behind it and Buell also. I did organize a few rides but most of the time I had to work EVERY weekend and could not go on them only the Saturday night Pavillions ride. (Message edited by azbueller on August 09, 2005) |

Why are we still on that subject. Lets get over it. It was blown way out of context. I spoke with Carey about it, and he said dont worry about it. If Carey had a problem with what I said he would have called me. I called him and explained what I meant. Water under the bridge. My bad for not posting the details, but then again if anybody was interested they could have posted for details. Note to all: I try to ride every weekend 90% of the time its successful.I will post DETAILED ride info in the future on both threads. I check both threads the night before and morning of rides. Don: I started this thread based on the requests of everybody helping with the chapter to get things rolling. Eventually there will be a website. As far as the whole leadership thing goes Carey knows what I meant. Leadership was obviously the wrong choice of word. If I could delete it I would. Carey: no worries, we'll catch you next week the Spars right? We did catch the A55 end of the storm. Andrew and myself had a great ride, virtually no traffic and no blinding sunlight upon the sunrise. Met up with some riders at the top all Twins, kinda cool so I took a pic. Road conditions were good, not to much washout. Saturday night Dagwood (Dan) and myself ran up S.mountain, we got to the top as the sun was setting a nice pic with the Buells in the dark. Then off to the pavilions where we had the pleasure of having James stop by acccompanied by his friend whose name has slipped my mind. Next weeks ride will be up to Prescott via Yarnell through the Spars and maybe Mingus mountain depending on time restraints for others. Meet up time and place will be discussed through the week if interested post or PM with thoughts. Later J (Message edited by buellj79 on August 15, 2005) |

J, I didn't get the whole bedroom painted yesterday so if I want to go to the spars this weekend I'll have to finish it up after work. Carey, Glad to hear the Ninja is broken in. I suppose if we leave Phoenix together, you'll be just about through with breakfast by the time we pull into Prescott. Careful on that thing.... |
