It seems like it may be weather related. On days when the temp gets near 100, the bike seems to hesitate/nearly stall on takeoff. I have to keep the idle opened up a bit. It seems to be fine at idle, it's almost like the feeling you get when you take off in second gear where you have to give it a bit more throttle. Could the fuel temp be getting to high for proper vaporization? The TPS was reset about 2 months ago. |

I haven't had trouble with mine with temps in that range but that just means it's not a design flaw ... What's your idle set to? Did you change anything right before it started? Did it start not too long after the TPS reset? Has it persisted through more than one tank of fuel? Has it persisted through more than one supplier of fuel? Check the plugs. Does the clutch or any of the cables or levers related to the clutch need adjustment? How old is your air filter? If it's a race filter... Have you cleaned it lately? Does it persist when the bike is nice and hot? Does it ONLY do it when the bike is hot? |
