Dan thanks for the offer. Every thing is almost normal. Lost my internet for a week or so but know I am back. Have reserves this weekend. Going to try and make the meetup. If I get to go do you want to ride in with me and maybe Owen? |

Hey Jake!
Great to hear that things are going better. Let the lil lady know that we said hello from Florida. Man, I went out for about an hour the other night to explore some back roads and that has been about it other than the ride back and forth to work. We get the daily thundershower this time of year so that slows down the riding a bit. I havent even had the chance to go meet the local BRAG guys as of yet. The house keeps me busy. Things are coming together finally though. we will be coming back to Vegas around September so I can get a new tattoo, so perhaps we can hook up for some drinks, etc. Take care bro.

whenever I get a damn exhaust, I'll be riding with you lads. Just passed two weeks from Daves....I never thought it would take this long...oh well, I'll have a nice new pro-series exhaust when it does come...
Also, I've decided that within the next month we're doing a ride out to Nelson, Nevada. Never heard of it? Me either, it's on the way to Laughlin, but you turn left about 5 miles after you start heading towards Laughlin. It leads out to Lake Mojave. The roads were pretty much abandoned, and I went out there around 11 AM on the fourth of July. Nice and twisty, not a cop in sight, and you hit the end, do a nice little loop, and zip right back through. There's also a cool little museum out there....if you guys are interested, let me know, but I'm definitely heading out there to shred twisties in a few weeks, I'll post it over on the meetup board in a day or so. |

John... You may want to post that question over in the tale section section for the FB Rides Again epic adventure. Jerry just got a little busy so he probably won't be checking here TOO entirely often  .
Just an FYI... I'll be metting him in Vegas Thursday night and riding with him until Sunday Morning . Do NOT miss the Buelling man celebration in Socal . |

John, it'll be an all-day ride, with the plan to get to the ThunderDome about 5 p.m. or so. have a couple of photo ops i wanna bag in Death Valley, and we'd also be doing the Whitney Portal (about 8,000 feet) at the base of Mt. Whitney, and taking Sherman Pass (9200-feet) to make the final push to the 'Dome.
hope you can come along. you can stay here at our place on Friday night, and maybe do Buelling Man with us on Saturday night at Ocotillo Wells and ride back on Sunday with Don?
