Rocco, leathers aren't quite done yet. I'm tied up all tomorrow so I'll be heading up there Friday morning at 9 to pick mine up. Are you available then, do you just want me to pick yours up too or ??? |

Dana, whatever time works best for you guys. Let me know. Jason, I called her right after you did. If you're going up there Friday AM and want to pick them up for me, I'd appreciate it. It's $40, and we'll switch money/pants Friday night. I'll call her and let her know that you're getting them for me. Thanks. |

Gotta say though, I still wanted your rims! I picked up a set of stock rims earlier this year and plan of having them chromed this winter. |

I thought about it, but since I already have the rims and I can get perfect ones for $550 as opposed to used ones for $800. I tried to buy those rims from Daves (also with the exchange of my PM rims)when he was in Iowa, but no dice. The way takes a little longer, but it will all be worth it. When they chromed your rims I assume you sent them with no bearings inside. After chroming did you have a hard time puting the new bearings in? Where they tighter? |

Yes tighter but you'll want them pressed in.Also make sure they chrome the front rim correctly. You only have one disk on the front.... they will assume you have two. You'll want the side that has no disk chromed and the side that does masked.Remember this or you may be unhappy. |

Dana, see you there. Oh and that Carbon Fiber undertail for the XB is $50. If you know someone looking for one let them know I have one available. Also looking at my grocery list of missing Buell parts I need to find. Do you know of any one with a extra triple tree for an S1? (Message edited by jon6516 on August 03, 2005) |

"THE FERRIS BUELLER RIDES AGAIN TOUR" That much riding on a buell? I'd never feel my fingers again. Sounds like a fun trip, but I'll have to pass. Have a safe ride! |

See ya there Jon.The six bikes that are being built this year are suppose to be just awesome. One has been seen the others have been kept secret this year.My brother is putting a new S&S twin cam 124 inch in his Road King. That should be done by the end of next week. |

Rocco - GREAT bike. my Duc is a red 1995 900SS yes i am back from Italy and Greece. started work this past Monday and am getting my butt kicked, but in a good way. went to milwaukee rally friday, and did the demos on saturday. thought they'd have the 2006s to demo, but those were already en route to sturgis. so i rode a 2005 vrod and a 2005 springer for fun. then took a 150 mile ride around kettle morraine scenic route. rode to work today, parked the buell right up front with my vermont "GIRLIE" plates and then got rained on because i stayed late.... anyone want to ride this weekend? D |
