Bummer ...

I had requested a buell folder for the Ulysses, but got the '05 folder instead.

I wonder what's too difficult in such a request that something so simple can go wrong. I mean, "ULYSSES", it's not like Buell had a model like that last year ... \clipart {dunno}

Just dissapointed, that's all. I guess I'll have to wait until they hit the dealers on our side of the pond.

I stopped by a dealer yesterday to see if they will have a XB12X demo and I was told that they were not planning on it but would be getting their first shipment in September.

I asked about any sales material he may have and he said the latest stuff he had was from 05'. I asked him when he would get the new stuff in and he was not sure. Then he pointed out that he thought Buell was introducing a new bike in 06'. When I explained to him that we were just talking about the new bike he just said "oh".

Seems like typical Harley stuff.

One of SMHD&Buell's Ulysses is being shipped out the 9th.
Should be here by the 10th.
It'll be a demo model, until it's sold.

Thanks Glitch.

I wanted to check with a few dealers this weekend when they expect new folders for 2006/Ulysses. Depending on what I hear from them I might take you up on that offer.

Man, is there any dealer around Atlanta or Augusta, GA that might possibly have one before the 8th of August? That's around when I deploy, and I'd love to demo one before I leave. Give me a reason to make it back with all my arms and legs. (Not that I really need a reason!)

Or, at the very least, is there a dealer in the Atlanta/Augusta GA area that might have some propaganda/literature? Something I can hang above my bunk overseas?
