So, who's going to Octoberfast in Cali??? I just talked to Kobie and so far its him and I. The dates are 9/30, 10/01 and 10/02. We're leaving early Friday morning and coming home Monday. | ||

Looks like we have the good fortune of having one of many different size trailers at our disposal. We need to figure out how many riders want to trailer up and see what we can work out from there. H.H., I think Carey changed gears again. | ||

I've got Photoshop 7... You can use the magnetic lasso tool (THE coolest graphic design tool ever created BTW) to select all of the silvery stuff and then ramp the color to anything you want  . Btw... NICE choice Carey . | ||

Carey...you beat me to it! Had one of those in mind my self til the wife put the ki-bosh on it!  Liked the ZX6 over all the other 600's, but I also liked the Daytona 650. Luckily with the check book being taken away, I'll be able to wait and see what next year brings...Daytona 680 TRIPLE...now that may be interesting! | ||

I don't like them, I think they are re-hashed versions of the original XB's, like the CityX. There catering to the European market, Buells sell better over there and they have better dealers, just my two cents. Its time for me to move on....... | ||

Re-hashed, yes, into a market segment in which they'll be competitive... One I'm personally excited about. To each his own. I think Buell must get a foothold in a market to generate revenue enough for the long haul. I think we'll get our full faired monster eventually, I really do. Just not yet. | ||

I'm very sure we'll get a fully faired monster. Erik is a race guy. I think I may be picking up the Ulysses as well . I can't say as I like the SS, but to each their own. I'm quite happy that my 12R isn't obsolete (not that I'd get rid of her anyway) AND it'll still keep up with an IL4 600 where I want it to . | ||

I agree with you Charlie and Don, the XB12Ss is a step in the right direction, though a full fairing 1300+cc XB13RSs or a XB12RSs I think would have complimented the the other models also. One new model and some variations to the Firebolt like the Lightning would have been cool and I would have bought a XB12RSs or a XB13RSs in a heartbeat!!! | ||
