I was at a local dealer, and of course found that no one knew anything about buell. They have two 04 bikes a black R and a black S. I thought a reasonable offer for the 12R with 37miles on it would be $8500. That way when they add all the little dealer extras, and I get about $1200 in bags, race kit, ETC. The bike should be out the door $10,000. I know from reading this board, that some people have found them a lot cheaper, but that kills the re-sale. I was just curious what you thought. Or after the 2006 models come out, maybe you could hook me up with something better on a 2005 12R. By better I don't necasarily mean a better price. | ||

I have been selling 04 XB12R bikes for 8500.00 including the frt and set up and 1000 mile service so I think you've made them a fair offer. I do have 2 04 XB12Rs on hand, both are demo bikes, one has yellow plastics on it it was laid down during a demo ride so we swapped out the plastics, still has a full 2 year warranty. 8000.00 it has about 3000 or less miles on it. My demo, 04 XB12R, race kit,6000 miles,will have new tires(pilot powers)0 gravity screen,tank bag,frame pucks. only 3 track days!
