See I am confused- EVERYONE here is saying that about the jets even the guys at the Harley shop. I can only argue so much with guys that supposedly 'work on Buell's. They keep saying that is what I have to do. I may be a girl but this is all making my head hurt. Could they be using this term for something else they think should be done?? I feel like someone is telling me to oil my chain (Message edited by along4theride on July 08, 2005) |

Glitch- Thanks! It was alot of work but it was worth it. I want to see some final pics so I can maybe use them as a conversion I can sell....(since I am now an official sponsor....sssshhhhhhh) Have to see what Stealth comes up with as far as a reservoir. I hope he's happy with the finished product though. Should look sweet when finished. A4TR- glad to hear everything is going well out there for you. Jets!! Ha! I would say reset your A/F and TPS and you should be good.....(oil your chain too!) Odie |

Oh and by the way, that's only one t-shirt I have thought of. That one's not really finished, I'm going to make the text more in a circle before it's all over. I have about four different 3%er's t-shirts ready, and about five other hooligan related designs. T-shirts, bumper stickers, ect. I just have to figure out how to let BadWeBbers know about it, maybe a month or two sponsorship will get the ball rolling enough to afford the real deal. |

Glitch: T-shirt idea. How about the rider that you did for the Sport Bike Appreciation Day last year. B_S: I'll give you a call about 11am. A4TR: How much do they want to re-jet your carburator . JK Do a learning run ( Run 5 min or so at 3000 rpm plus or minus 500 rpm). You're going to have to live with the lower air pressure and the resulting lower engine performance. |

Hey Dave, Let us know when you might be getting in at SMHD, maybe I can stop by and say hello. Just got home about 15 minutes ago. It just started dumping rain like crazy. I got lucky this time! I met up with fred at the BP at Suches. Fred rides a couple bikes but known best on his 95'FZR1000 and yes he is fast, very fast. He spanked me pretty good today. We slowed it done a notch and worked on corner speed and tight formation. We had so much fun we forgot to stop and eat, so about 2 we started down 129 working or way to Turners corner. On the way down a guy on a FZ1 went off but the road but not bad. Then a guy on a nice R6 from Fla. (Eric) He is in the Air Force works on F-22's. He was trying to keep up with us and at the last set of corners going south on 129 before Turners is a nice left hander with a gravel turn around. The road follows the river. Well he ran out of road and slid through the gravel and of that 15-20 foot cliff into the river. Thats right into the river! He was o.k, the bike was up to the top of the gas tank in water. The only thing above was the windscreen about a inch of gas tank. CRAZY MAN! A couple with kids saw the hole thing and stopped to help. They were pulling a boat. They unhooked the boat and got a had a tow strap and pulled the bike up the cliff before the law came. We move the bike down the street a bit from the seen of the CRIME! Eric found a local to give him a ride to his truck and trailer. I think he looked a bit silly riding on the back of my bike to Turners with his one piece Yamaha suit. Glad hes o.k! I gave him the web info. so he can post pics for us when he gets home. I saved three turtles today and missed one deer. Wow what a rush! |

Wow Capt. Gay Male 2up Turtle Saver......you do seem to attract the squids maybe it's your perfume. Good thing he is ok. Way to take one for the team and ride him to Turners. Me and Fran_dog went fro a ride that I call the Richie Rich loop. Spaulding to Riverside back to Country Club of the South and Atlanta Athletic Club. Unbelievable houses around there. You must have to sell a lot of drugs to afford that. Hope you didn't get wet. And by the way, I did see that wheelie when you left the house. |

Dudes, I'm still headed from SC up to Vogel State Park tomorrow. It's gonna be a LONG ~300 mile ride in the rain. I went out and bought a set of Frogg Toggs since it looks like I'll also be riding in the rain most of next week. We're staying from tomorrow 'til next Saturday. A friend of mine from Atlanta that rides an Aprilia Mille is coming up on Tuesday to ride with me. If any of you guys are up around T.W.O. late tomorrow afternoon or riding in the area next week, hopefully I'll see you. |

I don't know whats up with all the crashes. I don't think it me, to many people are riding beyond their skill level, and some times trying to keep up with someone faster. A off duty police officer told Fred and I there was 56 deaths last year in the north Ga mountains. Look at how many riders are riding every weekend. The numbers are growing every week. Back in the day squids liked to bling at the local hang outs. Now alot of riders want to be weekend racers. Fred and I met two guys with GSB one had a full suit and been riding for some time, I've seen him around off and on last couple of years he got skill. He had a kid with him ( former motocross rider) that he's taken under the wing. The guy had a jacket and jeans with tennis shoes. They ended up with us and I just broke off from the ride. The kid was really fast for a new-be. When we made it back to the BP, I gave him thumbs up on the riding. Then told him he was an A-- for riding that fast without a suit and some body protection (armor) He agreed! |

I've got the Wera tech-list and safty-wire pics. For Ed Bargy school its easy to wire up just Oil filter, Oil drain plug, oil filler cap, and take off turn signal, Lic-tag, and side or center stand, and mirrors. Tape headlights and best to take the fuses out so the tape doesn't melt. Our air cooled bikes make one less thing to deal with. |
