Well, I'm up to half the household using I've had it try to keep windoze stable on some of my machines. And with the licensing windoze wants me to pay for is ridiculous. My home network is 100% legal and rock solid now. All I'm needing now is to learn The Gimp (kinda like Photoshop) once that's done I'll be 99% free from micro$oft! Either that or I learn more about Wine. Does this mean I'm a puter geek The latest hardware upgrade is my revamped server Now that the Uber Geekness has been taken care of for now, I'm goin' to the races with Shred. I have my cell with me in case one o' ya'll decide to come join in the fun. I'm takin' the camera, so I'll post a bunch of pics so ya'll can see what ya missed |

The races were really good. MarkSV Races in the HWT-SB class. They combined C superbike Expert, with HWT (Heavy weight twins) SB Expert and novice. He finished 14th in his class I think. Didn't see any Buells on the track. |

HELP!! Lightning fried Bambi's computer and worse than that, her big screen TV!! Anyone know anything about fixing these things, I could sure use some help! My guess is the charge came in via the cable and toasted everything that happened to be on at the time. The computer's probably a write off, which is no big deal, as I work for a large Blue Computer Company, but where am I gonna watch my Mad Max video collection now!? |

where am I gonna watch my Mad Max video collection now!? On a different TV The PCB's that get fried, along with 'puter chips, are often more expensive to replace than just buying a new TV I'm speaking from experience, sorry Surge protectors, and UPS's, are the way to go with any expensive electronics...Sad but true. |

Glitch - I was afraid of that. Everything was on a SP, but it came in on the cable. Do they make Surge protectors for the communications port? It's a 48" TV! I'm gonna miss that TV! |

No riding, Kdan, yes they make surge protectors for your cable line, my advice is to buy a good one but your only real protection is to unplug everything. Dont buy Monster Cable!!!!!!!! Too expensive for the crap it is. Oh yeah, Moto GP 3 for the PS 2 rocks!! |

Buell666.....Nice run, looks like we just dodged a rain bullet. Man, I couldn't believe all the subdivisions that had gone up in that area. When I lived there it was just country roads and horse farms. Nice jacket by the way...does it breathe well and what is the name of it? |

b_s, i agree. we did have a pretty nice run. when i lived in that area just a year ago, none of those neighborhoods were there. alot has changed. cumming is getting huge. too bad the dam was blocked off, it would have been a nice route. the jacket is a joe rocket riot jacket. breathes very well. i love it. |

Well, we made it back safely and without any problems. Had a great time and the baby loved the beach I think I had more fun watching her have fun playing in the sand than than I did taking a break my self. As far as bikes go, if it was'nt a Harley with Ape hangers it was a Ricer with extended swing arms and riders in shorts and flip flops THATS IT... I saw 2 buell's there was an M-2 and a Blast at a bike shop on 17 next to a bunch of mopeds....I wept... Feels good to be back. |

I need a break too!!! I was hoping to make it down on Wednesday night to have someone help me with my clip-on conversion. However, the Dealer is having problems with Rizoma and cannot get the part I need. Does anyone know where I can buy a cylindrical brake reservoir? A stock replacement for a jap bike may work, but I am not sure. Anyway, I would like to come down Wednesday night and get that done and be able to take the bike over to the dealer early Thursday morning. If not, I will just come down Thursday. Either way, I will be down for a night at the V! |
