That is a nice car. I know Brad and his son, Brad is my cousin's father-n-law. Both cars run in the 11's in the 1/4 mile. |

Been busy.Brother and I working on the build off come August. All builders have got new bikes.Looking at some vendors right now.Don't know how many we can fit cause they all take up space but will work it out.Hopefully this will be the last at the bar.May move it down to the lake festival grounds.Pick up some sponsors to make it affordable then give it shot.We have some pretty important people in are back pockets right now that helps. This year will tell the story whether or not we do that though. |

Yup, the Road Glide is the way to go for comfy two up touring. It even doesn't handle bad for the behemouth it is. And I'd do EXACTLY what you did. Keep it 100% bone stock, and quiet. If I had the extra $, I'd actually buy a Road Glide. |

WOW! I had to post this... I just saw some guy on a really nice Buell / chopper halfbreed about two blocks from home. but the cool part is as I saw him make a fast turn onto the main road he started to slide the rear (I thought he was goin down!) but he just hammered it harder and power slid through the turn like it was a flat tracker and even after he straitend out he never let off. It was one of those "kodak moments". I was just glad to have seen it. BTW other cool news, not exactly buell related but almost bike related. I'm headin out Aug 6th-7th to compete in the 2nd annual R/C motorcycle championships in Sun valley CA. It will be covered by the Speed channel on "Two Wheel Tuesdays" and also by the Out Door Channel. It Looks Like a good time. Hey steve, Is the place you work at a job shop, or a in house production shop. I'm looking to have some parts made but in short run production quantities like 100-200 at a time. I need CNC lathe and cnc mill work done. do you guys take on small jobs? (Message edited by wingnut on June 21, 2005) |

Nut, we're a tool and die shop. Mostly medium to large plastic injection molds No production, and not equiped whatsoever for 100-200 parts at a time. My average cycle time for my parts is measured in days, not minutes or hours |
