Dark clouds came, the temp dropped, but no rain. Then the sun came back out, and I had a great ride (well, maybe not great, still breaking it in).

1313 - Big kudos on 100K!!! Obligatory pic from a ride I took with my wife yesterday. The flags were out at the cemetery in honor of the vets, had to stop for a pic. The Buells are in shadow with the sunlight on the flags, kind of poetic. Thanks to all that served!

Misato, you, my friend, are a SICK TWISTED FREAK! I bet you polish the stuff you can't even see, don't ya? Sweet bike. 1313, you must have an arse made of Titanium! Congrats on the 100 grand. I'll bet there are some stories to go along with those miles, huh? and Jose, that looks like turn one. Is it? I did a track day at Summit Point years ago. That's a fun place to hang out. I've been going there since the mid 70's, but I'm too far away now. Mandatory picture is a shot of my wifes dirt bike when she was a kid. Her dad dug it out of the barn where it's been for over 15 years and I'm doing a ground up restoration on it. Lots of fun.

Is that an MX100? If it is I had the same one. Buried it in mud up to the seat one day. Never ran quite right after that. |

Why Yes, it is. 1975 Vintage. I actually had it fired up 10 minutes after we dug it out of the barn, but I'm still rebuilding the engine along with everything else. Finding parts is alot of fun. Chris

Nothing special, but I love it. Not true! What's cool about owning a Buell is that they are all special. We just happened to find out before everyone else. Nice bike! mandatory pic...

Love that Laverda. The only examples I've ever seen have been in the Barbar Motorsports museum.

C'mon! Has anyone noticed the size of the alternator? Ouch, the crash damage looks painful. Did that to my knees once, shortly before I added riding pants & boots to my commuting getup. We're you in protective gear when it happened? |

Bigfanof6 yep, Turn one, the place where things usually happen, but during this race the big crash was at turn 10, blublack got pictures of it and posted them in another topic. __________________________________________________ Reinhart, Excellent work on that bike! __________________________________________________ Have to post a picture, eh } |
