How big is that puppy (and height)? Does it have trailer brakes? Man I paid a -LOT- more than that for my Interstate V-nose (7'x12'). -SD: |

It's a 5 x 8, plus the V. The inside measures 57"w, 59"h, and 9.5'L. I should easily get two bikes in, if I need to. No brakes ( we dont need no stinkin brakes ) It only weighs @ 950lbs. I wish it had torsion axles, but they drive the price way up. tank |

Nice trailer, I picked up a Pace 6'x10' v-nose a few months back for $3100 otd. Torsion axles, tie downs, etc. You might want to look into getting E-track for tie downs, kinda pricey but its great. You can tie stuff down in countless configurations. I coated the ramp with Herculiner pickup bed liner & so far it has held up great. A little better look at the E-track.

Yea Dyna, I was hoping you would chyme in!! I remember when you got your trailer. I was way jealous.(looks good BTW) I like the Herculiner idea; Where did you get it?? Is it a spray or roll-on application? E-track.......maybe one day. And, what did you use to attach the brackets to the inside walls?? 3/4" sheetmetal screws or something similar??? thanks, tank |

3/4" screws into the side support rails. The Herculiner I got at Farm & fleet..you can also order it online. Its a roll on deal. |

Tank_Bueller - They also carry do-it-yourself bed liners at most autoparts store ie. Autozone, Advance, Pep Boys, Western Auto etc. Pretty reasonable to... Advance had a kit here for $49. Might be a different brand than Herculiner I can't remember. |

No trailer in my inventory, but on shopping sprees at Ikea and Home Depot, I noticed a "screw to the wall" type track from which you can hang all kinds of shelves, hooks, racks etc. Looked like a good idea for organizing stuff. Henrik (I reeeeeeaaly want an enclosed trailer) |

Never really been one for the whole "organization" thing. The sad truth: right now there is nothing in the trailer..... and that is likely the most organized it will be as long as I own it p.s. I will give an honest effort! (Message edited by tank_bueller on June 11, 2005) |

Wow, Smoke, cool site/lots of info!! This site shows how torsion axles are assembled, but doesn't really explain how they work. This one has a little animated graphic showing the inside of the axle. tank |
