The seat on the XB9SX is not too bad. I wondered if it worth it to buy a Corbin seat. Is there someone with a 9SX who have a Corbin seat? If yes, how do you like it? |

I've got one I bought from Al at American Sport Bike. I like it. Its a little lower, and wider in the front, where you sit. It also because it is stepped, it provides a nice butt stop so I no longer feel like I'm sliding to far back on the seat. |

One of the guys around where I live has one on his 9SX. He loves it. So much more comfortable. |

The Buell streetfighter seat works well for me....and is probably less expensive than the Corbin. |

I just ordered a Corbin. I hope to get it in the next few weeks. I will have a streetfighter seat for sale when I get the Corbin. |

I have a corbin on my 9S. I'm sure it is the exact same seat that you would get on a 9SX. I love it. I've got over 6000 miles on it and it's incredibly comfortable and it fits like a glove. No complaints whatsoever. |

Thanks for the feedback guys! It look nice on your bike Macbuell. The reason I asked that to 9SX owner, is the 9SX has a higher seat than 9S. I like that and with the Corbin, I'm afraid to lost that height. I don't want to be seated too low. The only problem I have with the 9SX seat, it is a bit too sliding. |

Nice bike Huskysm450r! The seat look lower than the original seat. Is it? If it is, how much do you think it is? Is it make a big difference on the riding position? |

Its about .5" lower than the stock SX seat. So the seating position requires a little more bend in the knees. I'm 5'7 so it works for me. |

Next friday is the demo day at my dealer. I will try a XB12Scg which as a bit lower seat than my 9SX, to see how it feel compare to my bike seat. It will give me an idea of the ride with a lower seat. |
