So I guess my question is, would you recommend the jardine exhaust? It sounds as though it is a good choice. What is the HP gain, and if you could say its sounds similiar to...? what would it be? |

Raceghost: If you plan on using your bike for cutting up around town, with no long rides at 70+mph; get the jardine. It's light weight and free flowing gives great sound, wheelies, and power. But it will hurt your ears if kept above 3800rpms for long trips. |

Any mods needed to fit the jardine exhaust to the bike, or will it use factory bolts and mounts? THe exhaust I built or designed, dropped a lot of weight off of my bike, it runs good, but doesnt sound loud at all, as I thought it would. I really dont want to be super oober loud, just want as much power as I can get. You say wheelies, I still cant get the damn thing to lift the nose more than a foot, but then wheelies just aren't my thing, I want to learn though? |

Raceghost: Sounds like we need to trade mufflers. Do you have any pics of your muffler? Wheelies are just too darn easy with an XB. Practice in first with the clutch. It just takes a little practice to get comfortable with the unicycle effect. |

If I might be a salesman for a moment without offending anyone, I'll offer the following. If you want improved performance through the RPM range and especially down low as well as a moderate sound level, then get yourself a Drummer. The sting of a higher price fades quickly when you are satisfied with what you bought. |

Ok, Where do I find a drummer? Never heard of that. Sounds sweet. Do you have a link? |

Ok, well I just looked up drummer, and found that its a D & D, I think, cuz that was the page that showed up. I looked at one of those, do they sound sweet? Have you ever heard an RC51 on full throttle, or a TL 1000 on full throttle, I want that sound out of my buell, any Ideas? |

Race - I'm going to assume that you aren't "pulling my leg". The Drummer has nothing in common with a D&D. I can't imagine where you got that from. The sound is kind of a deep thump to try to put it in words. I'd have to venture a guess that there is no way on earth to make a Buell sound like those guys..... |

$400 for the Drummer, and $530 for the D&D. Ouch. I have no doubt it is worth it, but I just can't spring that much right now. Gotta pay to play huh? |
