Hey Zues I really appreciate the help and advice....now that you mention the service.. I am rolling up on 10,000 miles.. so I should be in there sometime next month. I will have to wait another week until I can get the tire. But I will keep you posted. | ||

Pele3, FYI, the 10,000 mile service is a semi big one. The service manu. states all fluids change including the forks, adjust primary, lube cables,and go around all fastener's. The shop said $250-$300. Also depends on if you want Synthetic fluids or standard. | ||

Hey all Sounds like KCIR is the destination tonight, I just got off the phone with Sam and he is doing his best to get his bike track worth by tonight. We figured we would all meet up at my house in Olathe at 7:00pm. Take Blackbob to 128st turn heading west, take your second right on Blackfoot Dr and head up it till you see a pack of Buells in my driveway. All are welcome, and encouraged to tag along. JJ | ||

Andy - I was looking at the portapower and trying to figure out where you spread the frame at. The best place to spread it, between the frame and the swing arm mounting block, looks to be right where I need to slip the belt. Could you clue me in on how you did it? | ||

Sam was makin some real power last night at KCIR and sounded awesome, if he could only find a way to keep the front end down he would realy set some great times. Great job Sam good to see you and the guys. |
