I used the search function on this site, works great. Here is one thread: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/32777/112446.html Use the search ,put in full fairing Don't have much to say about it, i bought my xb9r with the full fairing installed so can't compare to the oem fairing. But I do like it. Mine has some issues though, the Buell race muffler rubs on the lower portion, it's burned a hole in the fairing. Front tire rubs slightly when steering is turned fully right pushing the bike around. It's does get in the way when working on the engine sometimes but is easily removed or loosened enough to work on the engine. I would keep your original fairing and install it if you drop the bike off for repairs. The fiberglass is some what delicate. It also rubs against the intake scoop, i put some foam there too protect the finish on the scoop. It does not come painted. Most people who see the bike like it compared to the stock look. |

Hey, thanks. I have to figure that search thing out, all I came up with were threads that had a word that might match, like "Full" or "Race" .... Do you have any issues with the heat? Thanks again, Greg |

I do have issues with heat but it's not related to the fairing, at least I don't think so right now. I'll find out in a week or so. I order the technoresearch software to timing, tps reset, ordered new 02 sensor. I'm looking for a stock XB9r muffler and ECM to install for troubleshooting purpose. |

I did get excited. The question on the shipping would come down to the chicken to the egg. I was not interested in sending it back and waiting for another set. They have been good in the past as the provided us with items for the other bike ( chain conversion , frame sliders , race body work . etc. ) It was packed the worst I have ever seen body work sent. There was no way it was not going to have some issues. |
