Just a heads up if you own a Pingel Fuel valve that needs re-built. I just bough one used that was suppose to be in good cond "barely used" but when it showed up the seals were shot and it was evident that it had been used for quite a while, a rebuild kit was around $30 and came with enough parts to do 3 valves. I called Pingel and they said they would re-build it for $12.00 so I shipped them the valve. They did a one day turn around and I received the valve back today. WOW what a great job for $12.00, I almost thought they just gave me a new valve. They rebuilt it, buffed and re-polished it and even put teflon tape on the threads so it would be ready to go. It looks like new! Can't beat that for $12. Just thought I would pass this along in case someone else needed the same done to their valve. Hope this helps. Hodakaguy | ||
