Third Eye bar end mirrors. About a $30 project and the mirrors are steady since your hands will minimize the vibrations. Check out installation instructions at http://mysite.verizon.net/cyergey/buell_mods_mirrors.html |

CRG bar end mirrors, ONLY!!!!! I ran third eye for 6 months and they eventually break and loosen. Just purchased CRG mirrors and they are awesome, IMO. NO Vibration really, Billet everything. $130 to my door. |

CRG's are very sweet. But I don't remember them costing that much. I think they're around $90 at American Sport Bike. |

Dago the mirrors from http://www.bevelheaven.com/stuff-for-sale-mirror.htm are $85 a pair, adapters to fit inside your bar ends $35 a pair plus $10 shipping. If you want three inch they are more. If your bars are long enough, you can run the mirror without adapters but most bars aren't long enough to accomplish this. I highly recommend running CRG's they are well worth the money. I can't say anything about Bugeye mirrors I've never run them, but I think mirrors on my helmet are kinds strange. I'm sure they work great but I just don't like the look, its kinda peddlebikeish. Agreed.. CRG bar ends are the way to go. Esp. if you're like me and have to rely on a bike cover these drastically lower the bike profile enough to use a cover designed for squidies. Of course there's the added bonus that your view is obstruction free so you do feel like superman fly'n through the air. |

If you don't want to spend much money, take a look at emgo bar end mirrors at dennis kirk. I put a set on my xb9s and like them just fine. They do vibrate just a little, but are a great improvement over the stock mirrors, and they also look good.Less than $30 shipped. |

I've got the S mirrors from trojan and love 'em. I'll warn you ahead of time of a few things about them. 1. They are slightly harder to adjust to the 'exact' spot. 2. They allow more vibration to be FELT through the bars. 3. The view behind is much better. 4. They look great. Here's a pic on my 9. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/32777/111034.html |

chaparral also sells bar end mirrors. they look just like the CRG's. a bit cheaper, like a few dollars. I just ordered them, let you know how they work out after I get them......My biggest and only complaint about Buells is them hideous lollipop mirrors.....damn they are ugly..... |

I put the Trojan mirrors on Robin's bike last summer. She hasn't ;mentioned anything about a vibration difference from the stock ones. I just put the Azonic handlebars on her bike the other day. She likes them better than the stock bars.

I took smaller mirrors that were meant for handel bar mounts, velcro on, took it apart and mounted them right to the old mounts at the faring. I got the 13 dollar parts at shadetree $27 total I cut the old rubber boot short just to cover the mounting point. The mirrors are wide angle , but give a great view. |
