If there's been one gripe I've had about my Cyclone, it's the friggen plastic oil tank. And now my fears have been verified. I've had a small weeping leak I've been chasing for awhile now. Thought it was the hoses, so I replaced everything last year w/braided stainless. Leak continued. Just pulled everything off yesterday to inspect, and found a substantial crack in the tank at the bottom wellnut/mounting recess. Anybody have a good tank they want to part with? Thought about an aluminum tank, but they are a bit pricey for my taste and budget! I'm just glad it didn't cut loose in a big way while I was tearing down the road somewhere! |

It's one piece I have never felt entirely comfortable with either. I keep putting in low bids on them when they pop up on ebay. Just to have a backup. |

Alpha, PMed you. Yup Koz, been doing the same thing. I haven't really been too serious about getting one. Wish I had of now! I've missed a couple that went pretty cheap |
