Author Message   Ejiii Posted on Thursday, April 21, 2005 - 08:41 pm:        Ordered my TechnoResearch Software today. It turns out the latest version works on laptops, Windows CE and Palm OS PDAs. One stop shop does it all. I paid $285. Ouch!...but it does a lot. They said all the bugs are fixed, we shall see! I did not get the Bluetooth option but it's available. The guy told me once you use it with a PDA you will never go back to the laptop but you have the choice to run it on any platform. I'm going to have my PDA hooked up in the data logger mode and rip up and down my "test" area then look at all the data and see what's going on. It was all automotive OBDII stuff. The FI on our bikes is way primitive compared to the auto systems but this software will work very much the same way the auto stuff does. The guy (Sando) at TechnoResearch said it is the latest and greatest. I'll let you all know the particulars when I get it. Should be next week sometime.   Soundman Posted on Tuesday, June 28, 2005 - 10:26 am:        Hey gang, I've had the Techno software for about 10 months now and it is a plus, just realize that alot of the functions that they show are not accessable for a Buell (like they are for the Duc's and Guzzi's). It does allow you to reset TPS and AFV though. It also will read, store and clear all trouble codes as well as show real time info like TPS value in tenths, RPM, Speed, engine temp etc.. Just my 2 cents, Soundman..................
