Hey Jim...I'll hang around for ya! I won't be able to check the board again (damn big brother watching me at work!) so if anyone wants to meet up with me, I'll be heading to Casey Jones on Thunderbird and 43rd (right Bart??) around 6:00. I'm sleeping in the new house so I won't have to be heading back to Maricopa tonight.  Hope to see some of you guys out there tonight! | ||

Change of venues (for me anyways)...I'm gonna check out a poker tourney over at the Famous Sam's on Bell and 57th Ave. Registration is at 6 and the tourney starts at 7. I should be there a while so if anyone wants to join me, come on out! | ||

Is there any dealership or service place in the Phoenix area that anyone would recommend? I have a new CityX that I'd rather not take back to the dealership for service. Every time I go down there or talk to anyone on the phone, I just get more and more reason to not like the place. But, I can't really do my own service(besides maybe an oil change) as I live in an apartment complex and don't have a space to work. I've done a little searching around the forum, but there seems to be a lot of negative comments on just about every Buell dealership in the area. Some of the posts I found are a bit old, so wondering if any dealerships have improved or if there's a service place I can go to and keep the bike in warranty. | ||

I haven't had any problem with Chandler HD & Buell yet (Only used them once though so far), I know Buellj79 uses them alot for stuff also. Guess it would depend on how far you are from it. Ski | ||

Alex what area are you in? I, myself haven't had any problems with Hacienda but others seem to have. If your near the Peoria area your more then welcome to do work here at my house. | ||

Also... You shouldn't theoretically need to do much work  . The XB's seem to be VERY reliable. If you absolutely must, Grand Canyon HD in Mayer is good. Tell the service manager that Don sent you. It's a ways to drive, but they are certainly Buell friendly. | ||

Actually, Chandler is the place I'd like to avoid. But, they're probably the closest and if I can't find anything better I'll probably end up going back there. I was thinking about Hacienda, but read about those problems others had there. | ||

Hacienda hired a Buell only tech, and the complaints as you pointed out are old. Since they hired this new guy, which was about 9 months ago now, the Buell service has been alot better then the very first time I walked in there. | ||

OK, I'll give Hacienda a try when I hit my 1,000 mile service. It's been a month, and I'm still trying to just get to the point where I no longer have to talk to anyone at Chandler. :P To be fair, I haven't dealt with the service people all that much, but I just don't want to spend money at the place ever again. | ||

I live near Chandler Buell and can do services on your bike, mine is sold next week so I will have nothing to work on!!!! | ||

I have nothing but good to say about my dealings with Hacienda. They did peel my plastic with a pressure washer though... Tell them to fix it, not wash it and you'll be OK. LOL!!! | ||

Chandler is a good place to go only if you deal with the right people, Joe in parts and Shaun in the service dept. I only deal with the svc dept. for warranty related issues. But if i need parts joe is the man. later J | ||

i recommend hacienda,but you want to ask for david schluter who's one of the buell techs and the only one that works on my bike if i need work done to it.he'll let you hang out and watch him work on your bike and he's performed extra work on my bike and did'nt charge me the extra hours either.he owns buell as well. | ||

We are rolling at 0900 hrs, so I would assume we would be there by 0945 hrs. Yes we are going to stop at the last gas station on the east side of the road as you are heading north out of Town. Please bring whatever you need, we can't stop at your house as time is at a premium. | ||

That sounds good. When I get to Wyck I'll synchronize with Mikel. We'll pull off at the Woody's just as we get to town. My friends house is ~1/2 a mile from there. It'll be quick . It'll take Mikel longer to find a parking spot in town than to run over there . | ||

I think a bunch are planning to Invades Bart's house, I know I have to get over there to get the truck so I can atleast load up what I need for the weekend, damn meds make you damn thirsty and since I shall not really be partaking of the recreational beverages, a good supply of soda, water and ice tea is a must |
