You're on your own. A few people have done it, seach the Thupmer forum, or browse the picture section. Here's a pic of Scott's (Newblaster) bike, he hs a better one in his profile.

Also check out the "Planned Mods" part of my profile, to see what I'll be doing to the tail when I get things together for it. The only problem with a total "chop job" is clearance (rear tire vs. license plate). But, I've got it all figured out, just need the money and the time (don't we all? lol...)

You might have seen that by now. I don't get on the forum as much as I'd like anymore. I chopped my tail and used fiberglass to make a single seat. Works well.
Good luck with whatever you do to your Blast.

Its easy (of course I've done at least a dozen times)!
4 screws and 2 plastic fasteners.
Remove seat.
Remove 2 bolts under front of tail where it meets frame.
Remove 2 bolts (1 holds a wire loom strap) under rear of tail (goes through license plate holder assembly).
Remove 2 plastic fasteners just to the sides of the seat locking pin hole. Cut them or pry them out. May be reusable or use license plate bolts instead (I used plastic bolts-save weight!).
Thats it.

I just did a little more work on mine... See my profile picture for the old setup...

Those little LED marker lights were WAY to dim to use as turn signals, so I just got a new set from Dennis Kirk yesterday and was up until midnight fitting them, filling the holes in the tail, prepping it for a repaint, and relocating my license plate (again). : D

It's pretty sweet now. I'll post pics by the end of the weekend of the new setup.

The license plate is now way up inside near the battery, bent and angled so as not to interfere with the rear wheel. It is surprisingly visible - since there isn't much else back there anymore.

The new turn signals are mounted upside down to the underside of the seat compartment.

The taillight is as shown in the profile and unchanged.

All I need is a fresh coat of paint and I'll be ready to post the pics.... : )

Naustin, keep in mind it has to be very visible for your Friendly Law Enforcement buddies, (smirk).
And the up n down movement of the fender/shock/swingarm so as not to bend or crush your license plate.

Yeah, I tested that. I put a 20 degree bend in the plate toward the shock away from the fender. I was a little surprised, but that didn't negatively impact visibility. When the suspension compresses hard, the hugger does touch the plate, but since the plate is mounted to flexible plastic, it just gently gives out of the way. I spend a long time working on the whole set-up and making sure it would be visible as well as functional. At full suspension compression, some visibility will be compromised. So it isn't a perfect solution. But it's pretty good. Ultimately I may have to invent a way to attach my plate to the rear brake caliper and run it vertically on the side like a chopper.

See the pic thread. New pics uploaded there. I abandoned the recessed plate location... It looked trick, but it just wasn't good enough and I didn't want to take any chances with the cops in Mlps/St. Paul... ;)
